Sisteminis mąstymas kaip kompetencija lyderystės paradigmoje : disertacija

LTDisertacijoje nagrinėjama mokslinė problema, kuo sisteminis mąstymas, kaip kompetencija, vertingas lyderystėje. Darbe siekiama atsakyti į vadybai aktualų klausimą, kaip sisteminis mąstymas padeda lyderiui kokybiškiau, tiksliau veikti ir pamatyti naujas, produktyvias organizacijos valdymo formas ir priemones. Teoriniame lygmenyje apibendrinamas požiūris į sisteminį mąstymą ir praplečiama sisteminio mąstymo samprata, pagrindžiamas sisteminio mąstymo, kaip kompetencijos, aktualumas lyderystės kontekste. Remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize bei sinteze sukurtas koncepcinis intelekto kompetencijų/lyderystės rezultatų priežastinių ryšių modelis, kuris buvo empiriškai įvertintas tiriant dviejų verslo, gamybinių ir prekybinių organizacijų, aukščiausio lygio vadovų kompetencijas. Tyrimas identifikavo, kokios kompetencijos prognozuoja aukštesnius lyderystės rezultatus, bei padėjo įvertinti sisteminio mąstymo kompetencijos poveikio lyderystės rezultatams skirtumus gamybinėse ir prekybinėse organizacijose Lietuvoje.

ENThe thesis examines the scientific problem of the value of systematic thinking as a competence in leadership. The study aims at providing an answer to the question, relevant for management, on how systematic thinking helps a leader to act more precisely and efficiently and see new and productive forms and tools for managing of an organization. On the theoretic level the view of systematic thinking is summarized and the concept of systematic thinking is extended, the relevance of systematic thinking as a competence in the context of leadership is substantiated. Referring to the analysis and synthesis of scientific literature, the concept model of causative relations between the intellectual competences and the results of leadership was developed and empirically evaluated when examining the competences of two top level managers of business, production and trade organizations. The study identified the competences, which forecast higher leadership results and helped to evaluate the differences of influence of the systematic thinking competence on the leadership results in Lithuanian manufacturing and trade organizations.
