Folkloras kaip naujas kultūrinis tekstas

LTStraipsnyje siekiama išryškinti naujausias tendencijas dabartiniuose folkloro lauko tyrimuose, kartu mėginant prognozuoti artimiausią jų ateitį. Aptariami pastaraisiais metais užrašomos folklorinės medžiagos bendrieji bruožai ir galimos tyrimų kryptys, pasinaudojant šiuolaikine rusų folkloristikos patirtimi. Aiškinantis atsinaujinusios folkloro sampratos kontūrus, dėmesys koncentruojamas į folklorą ne tiek kaip į kūrybą, kiek tik kaip į tam tikros kalbinės veiklos sritį. Susiaurintas objektas iš esmės apsiribojo viena, jau spėjusia įsiteisinti dabartinių žodžiu perduodamų sakytinių naratyvų atšaka - atskiru, dažnai gerokai individualizuotu ir kartais labai asmenišku žmogaus išsikalbėjimu, šiame straipsnyje sąlygiškai vadinamu išsisakymo sąvoka. Nepriklausomai nuo apimties tokį išsisakymą linkstama prilyginti šiuolaikiniam kultūriniam tekstui su vienaip ar kitaip jame pasireiškiančiu folkloriškumu, kurį rodo ryški kalbančiojo orientacija į tradiciją, pasikartojančios bendros vietos. Iškeliamas folkloristo ne tik kaip šių tekstų užrašinėtojo, išsisakymo iniciatoriaus, įvairiais atžvilgiais prisiimančio atsakomybę už jo atsiradimą, bet ir kaip dabartinės kultūrinės situacijos analitiko vaidmuo. Jam priskiriamas ir kultūrinio landšafto, kaip daug menančio kultūros liudininko, aprašymas. ENThe article presents an attempt of re-thinking and analyzing certain aspects of the current Lithuanian folklore fieldwork, including both theory and practice. Extensive fieldwork projects have been recently launched in Lithuanian folkloristic. The article purports at discussing the common traits of the currently recorded folklore materials as well as establishing possible directions for the future research with regards of the experience gained by the modern Russian folkloristic. While attempting to clarify the modern notion of folklore, which has been shifted in various ways, the attention is focused on folklore as a sphere of certain linguistic activity rather than that of human creativity. The narrowed research subject has essentially been limited to a single already established branch of the contemporary orally transmitted narratives, namely, the separate and frequently rather individualized or highly personal human self-expressive accounts. Irrespectively of its scope, such self-expressive monologue by the informant is also provisionally equated to the modern cultural text characterized by certain way of folkloric expression. Its folkloric character could be discerned in the evident orientation of the speaker towards tradition, also, according to the author, it is indicated by the so called loci communes, repeatedly occurring in the stories told by different people.These include similar events functioning as landmarks of the life pattern, preserved in the memories of various individuals and mentioned in their self-expressive accounts, featuring as common places in their story lines: namely, the childhood, first love, marriage, bearing children, and particularly, traumatic experiences of the personal and sometimes also of the collective lives. The role of the folklorist is seen not only as a recorder of these texts and an initiator of the self-expressive monologues, but also as an analyzer of the modern cultural situation. Among the tasks ascribed to him / her, the description of the cultural landscape, as witness of culture burdened with memories, is also mentioned. Thus the perspective of modern fieldwork is drawn, the results of which could present an important cultural document of the contemporary epoch. [From the publication]
