Specialiojo pedagogo tarpasmeniniai santykiai

LTAdekvatūs ir pozityvūs pedagogų tarpusavio santykiai turi įtakos visai kolektyvo atmosferai, darbuotojų motyvacijai bei asmeniniam pasitenkinimui bendraujant su kitais. Nors tarpasmeninius santykius kaip reikšmingą psichologinį fenomeną nagrinėjo daugelis autorių, tačiau mažiau tyrinėti mokytojų, ypač - specialiųjų pedagogų, tarpasmeniniai santykiai. Straipsnyje pristatomas tyrimas, kurio tikslas - išanalizuoti pagrindinius specialiųjų pedagogų tarpusavio santykių ypatumus. Autoriai atskleidžia pagrindinius specialiųjų pedagogų tarpasmeninio bendravimo sunkumus ir įgūdžių ypatumus bei amžiaus ir lyties įtaką tarpasmeniniams santykiams. Apklausoje dalyvavo 66 specialieji pedagogai nuo 25 iki 59 m. amžiaus, iš jų 15 vyrų ir 51 moteris. Gautų rezultatų analizė atskleidė, kad specialieji pedagogai yra pasitikintys savimi, nėra agresyvūs, nesiekia lyderiauti, siekdami sau naudos, nelinkę pykti ir rodyti neigiamų emocijų. Pagrindinis negatyvus veiksnys, trukdantis sėkmingai bendrauti, yra kategoriškumas. Moterims sudėtinga bendrauti, susidurti su kitų žmonių problemomis, vyrams - leisti laiką vieniems, jie yra per daug dosnūs kitiems žmonėms. Specialiems pedagogams iki 30 metų sunkiau bendrauti negu vyresniems: jie mažiau pasitiki savimi, prasčiau pritampa prie kitų, jiems nelengva atvirai bendrauti, rodyti prieraišumą bei pasitikėti kitais žmonėmis.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Specialusis pedagogas; Tarpasmeniniai santykiai; Komunikavimas.; Special pedagogue; Interpersonal relationships; Communicating.

ENAdequate and positive relations of pedagogues influence the atmosphere of the entire collective, motivation of employees and personal satisfactions from communication with them. Although interpersonal relations, as important psychological phenomenon, have been analysed by many authors, interpersonal relations of teachers, especially special pedagogues, were researched less. The article presents the research, which main purpose was to analyse the main features of interpersonal relations of special pedagogues. The authors disclose thee main difficulties of interpersonal communication of special pedagogues, particularities of skills, and the influence of age and sex on interpersonal relations. Sixty six special pedagogues of age from 25 till 59, 15 men and 54 women, were surveyed. The analysis of the results obtained disclosed that special pedagogues are self-confident, but non-aggressive people; they do not seek for the leadership in order to personal reward; and they are prone to become agree or express negative emotions. The main negative factor, which prevents from successful communication, is straightness. Women have problems in communicating and facing with problems of the other people; men are hardly able to spend time alone, they are too much open-handed to the other people. Special pedagogues of age before 30 have more communication difficulties that older ones: they are less self-confident; worse accommodate to the others, openly communicate, show the affection and trust other people.
