Kineziterapeutų ir kitų specialistų bendradarbiavimo problemos

LTŠvietimo sistema vis dažniau pabrėžia bendradarbiavimo idėją, moksleivio problemas neretai sprendžia būrys specialistų – specialusis pedagogas, logopedas, socialinis pedagogas ir net kineziterapeutas. Pastarieji ypač padeda vaikams, turintiems fizinių ir judėjimo sutrikimų. Glaudus specialistų, dirbančių su specialiųjų poreikių mokiniais, bendradarbiavimas gerina mokinių elgesį, ugdymo rezultatus, užtikrina saugumą, palankius tarpusavio santykius mokykloje. Tačiau įgyvendinti bendradarbiavimo principus ugdymo procese nėra lengva. Neretai specialistų bendravimas yra formalus. Todėl būtina gerinti bendradarbiavimo ir komandinio darbo kokybę, pateikti specialistams rekomendacijų. Pedagogų ir kitų specialistų bendradarbiavimu išties domimasi, atliekami įvairūs tyrimai, tačiau kineziterapeutai, kaip bendradarbiavimo partneriai, dažniausiai neminimi. Todėl kineziterapeutų ir kitų specialistų bendradarbiavimo problema yra beveik netyrinėta. Straipsnio tikslas – atskleisti kineziterapeutų bendradarbiavimo su kitais specialistais ypatumus. Šiam tikslui pasiekti formuluojami trys tyrimo uždaviniai: pirma, išryškinti Šiaulių apskrityje dirbančių kineziterapeutų veiklos ypatumus; antra, atskleisti Šiaulių apskrityje dirbančių kineziterapeutų ir kitų specialistų bendradarbiavimo teigiamus ir neigiamus aspektus; trečia, pateikti specialistų bendradarbiavimo ir komandinio darbo rekomendacijas, siekiant efektyvesnio ir pozityvesnio jų bendradarbiavimo. ENThe system of education increasingly emphasises the idea of cooperation. A group of specialists, i.e. a special pedagogue, a speech therapist, a social pedagogue and even a physical therapist, usually solve problems a pupil may face. Physical therapists usually help children with physical and movement disorders. Close cooperation between specialists working with pupils with special needs improves behaviour and academic results of the latter, ensures pupils’ safety and mutual friendly relations at school. However, it is not easy to fulfil principles of cooperation in the process of education. Usually, the communication between specialists is formal. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the quality of communication and team work, and provide specialists with recommendations. The issue of cooperation between pedagogues and other specialists attracts scientists’ attention indeed. Various studies are performed. However, these studies do not mention physical therapists as cooperation partners. Therefore, the issue of cooperation between physical therapists and other specialists is practically unstudied. The article aims to reveal peculiarities of physical therapists’ cooperation with other specialists. To achieve this aim, three objectives of the research have been formulated: 1) to highlight peculiarities of activities of physical therapists working in Šiauliai district; 2) to reveal positive and negative aspects in cooperation of physical therapists and other specialists working in Šiauliai district; 3) to present recommendations for specialists’ cooperation and team work in pursuance of their more effective and positive cooperation. The methods of the research are the following: literature analysis, questionnaire survey, statistical data analysis.
