Profesinės reabilitacijos specialisto (tarpininko) profesinė kompetencija : teorinis modelis

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama profesinės reabilitacijos specialisto (tarpininko) profesinių kompetencijų problema, keliamas klausimas, kokiais profesinės kompetencijos blokais turi pasižymėti profesinės reabilitacijos specialistas. Remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize, siekiama apibrėžti profesinės reabilitacijos specialisto (tarpininko) profesinės kompetencijos teorinį modelį. Atlikta analizė leidžia teigti, kad Lietuvoje galiojančiuose teisės aktuose profesinės reabilitacijos specialisto profesinė kompetencija neapibrėžta. Kuriant profesinės reabilitacijos sistemą Lietuvoje, tikslinga rengti profesinės reabilitacijos darbuotojus, kelti jų profesinę kompetenciją. Nurodomi tokie profesinės reabilitacijos specialistams svarbūs pagrindiniai profesinės kompetencijos bruožai: konceptualumas (profesinių žinių įsisavinimas), instrumentinė veikla (profesinių įgūdžių įgijimas), integravimas (gebėjimas derinti teorines žinias su praktika). Straipsnyje pateikiamą teorinį profesinės reabilitacijos specialisto profesinės kompetencijos modelį sudaro žinios, įgūdžiai, požiūriai, vertybės, motyvacija ir emocijos. Lietuvos aukštosiose (universitetinėse ir neuniversitetinėse) mokyklose profesinės reabilitacijos specialistai nerengiami, o apie tokius specialistus imta kalbėti visai neseniai; moksliniai tyrimai šiuo klausimu praktiškai nuosekliau neatliekami. Daugelis mokslo žinių apie tokius specialistus gali būti sėkmingai perkeltos iš užsienio šalių, remiantis jų patirtimi ir įdirbiu. ENThe article analyses the problem of professional competencies of professional rehabilitation specialists (intermediaries) and raises the question what professional competency groups shall be developed in professional rehabilitation specialists. On the basis of scientific literature analysis, the author aims to define a theoretical model of professional rehabilitations (intermediary) specialists. The analysis performed allows maintaining that professional competence of professional rehabilitation specialists is not legally defined in Lithuania. The creation of professional rehabilitation system in Lithuania requires the preparation of professional rehabilitation specialists and their training. The author identifies the most important professional competencies of professional rehabilitation specialists, such as conceptuality (the assimilation of professional knowledge), instrumental activity (acquiring professional skills), and integration (the ability to match theoretical and practical knowledge). The article delivers a theoretical model of professional competencies of professional rehabilitation specialist, which consists of the following elements: knowledge, skills, attitudes, values, motivation, and emotions. Professional rehabilitation specialists are not prepared in higher education (university or non-university) schools in Lithuania; discussions about such specialists were started just some time ago; scientific studies on this regard almost are not performed. A lot of knowledge about such specialists may be successfully taken over from foreign countries, based on their experience and practice. The idea of the preparation of professional rehabilitation specialists might be discussed and developed when creating study programmes of higher education schools.
