Tiriama verslumo išorinės ir vidinės aplinkos bei rinkos įtaka pasirenkant verslą. Atliekant tyrimus naudojami sociologiniai, ekonominės literatūros ir praktikos studijos metodai. Darbas atliktas vadovaujantis svarbiausiomis vadybos tobulinimo teorijomis. Pagrindinis dėmesys skirtas organizacinio vystymo teorijai, kuri teigia, kad organizacijos vystymas - tai nuolatinis procesas, kuriam vykstant keičiama vidinė aplinka, tobulinama valdymo sistema ir keliama darbuotojų kvalifikacija. Darbe nustatytas socialinių ekonominių veiksnių kompleksinis reikšmingumas, paskaičiuotos jų poveikio ribos. Socialinių ekonominių veiksnių reikšmingumas nustatytas esamai žemės ūkio verslo ekonominei situacijai, tai yra dabartiniam žemės ūkio verslo gamybos ir komercijos lygiui, jo organizuotumui. ENThe aim of the investigation is to present the recommendations of the social-economical factors for the choosing of agricultural businesses. The methods of social poll, economic literature and practice studies were used in the work. Social economical questions of the beginning of the business creation are analysed in the article. Business development conceptions as well as the importance of social economical factors when choosing business are presented in the article. The significance of the strong sides and features of the enterprise of businessmen, market and business, when choosing business, are analysed as well as the maximum impact of these factors are presented in the article. The interface of social and economical factors is presented in the model made by the author. The analysis has shown that the impact of particular social economical factors (when choosing business) is distributed in the following way: the strongest features of business market - 0.39 of the coefficient; the strongest internal features of the business - 0.30 of the coefficient; enterprise of the businessman and his suitability for the new business - 0.31 of the coefficient. These investigation results are used in the recommendations when choosing business. It was defined that criteria of significance depend upon external and internal environment. With the change of external and internal environment, criteria of significance should be revised and new ones should be determined. The system of the evaluation of the business choosing is presented in the article and the business of the fattened beef cattle breeding was demonstrated as an example. The farmers, who attended training courses, positively evaluated recommendations presented in the article. The majority of the audience of the courses chose new businesses when referring to these recommendations. [From the publication]
