Poveikio visuomenes sveikatai ir aplinkai vertinimo santykio problema

LTPoveikio visuomenės sveikatai vertinimo proceso teisinis reglamentavimas yra netobulas, reikalauja atitinkamų korekcijų. Praktikoje susiduriama su šio proceso ir planuojamos ūkinės veiklos poveikio aplinkai vertinimo proceso santykio problema. Poveikio visuomenės sveikatai vertinimo išskyrimas į atskirą procesą yra teisinio „perreguliavimo" išdava. Būtina integruoti šiuos abu procesus į vieną procesą ir tokiu būdu padaryti efektyvesnį, aiškesnį ir priimtinesnį jį įgyvendinantiems subjektams. Taip būtų įgyvendinamas vienas iš Europos Sąjungos aplinkos teisės principų integruota aplinkos apsauga. ENThe legal regulation of the public health impact assessment process is imperfect and needs certain corrections. In practice a problem of the relation between the above-mentioned process and the process of environmental impact assessment aperies. The distinction of the public health impact assessment as the separate process is an outcome of the legal "over-regulation". It is necessary to integrate both processes into one and to make it more clear, effective and more acceptable for the subjects implementing them.
