Verslumo integravimas į pirminį profesinį rengimą

LTStraipsnyje siekiama išanalizuoti verslumo ugdymo situaciją ir aktualumą pirminiame profesiniame rengime. Pateikiama išsami verslumo samprata, nagrinėjamas verslumo ugdymas pirminiame profesiniame rengime, aptariama kitų šalių patirtis ugdant verslumą. Atlikta analizė atskleidė, kad būtina atkreipti dėmesį į verslumo ugdymą visoje profesinio rengimo sistemoje. Integruojant verslumo ugdymą į pirminį profesinį rengimą, svarbu sukurti tam palankią aplinką, kuri skatintų moksleivių iniciatyvą, keistų mokytojo vaidmenį (iš dominuojančio į patariantį), diegtų projektinį mokymą idėjų įgyvendinimui, stiprintų ryšius tarp teorinio ir praktinio mokymo, lemtų dar lankstesnį mokymąsi. Neturint Lietuvoje verslumo ugdymo patirties, būtina išsamiai analizuoti kitų šalių pasiekimus šioje srityje, o ypač rengiant naujas ir tobulinant senas mokymo programas, ugdant profesijos mokytojus. Įvedant verslumo ugdymą, reikia spręsti ir kai kurias problemas: likviduoti kvalifikuotų mokytojų ir instruktorių trūkumą, kurti mokymo aplinką, kiek įmanoma, artimesnę realiam verslui, gerinti bendradarbiavimą tarp profesinių mokyklų ir realaus verslo pasaulio, didinti moksleivių prisiimamą atsakomybę.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Verslumas; Profesinis rengimas; Eiilrepreneuiship; Vocational training.

ENThe purpose of the article is to analyze the necessity of integrating entrepreneurship in initial vocational education and training. The main objective of entrepreneurship education and training is the following: to develop in young people the skills and abilities required of them as individuals and as members of society. It helps prepare the young person for the opportunities and responsibilities of adult life whether as consumers producers, leaders or parents. After graduating from the vocational school, students start professional career and entrepreneurship education and training becomes essential. We have to make students realize how much is in their hands. The issues of employment prospects place entrepreneurship training at the centre of vocational education and training. Traditionally, the curricula of vocational education and training institutions arc mainly geared towards big and often well-established companies. Although these companies might still play an important role in economy, in terms of employment, their role is quickly decreasing. New jobs are being created only in micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. The teaching of entrepreneurship in vocational education and training is quite a new thing in Lithuania. Thus, it is very important to analyze the experience of other countries and to adapt it to the needs of our country. Seeking to ensure the quality of vocational education and training it is important to integrate entrepreneurship in initial vocational education and training. [From the publication]
