Knowledge management : the development of testing portal for selection of profession

LTStraipsnyje atliekama žinių vadybos sampratos bendriausia konceptuali analizė, išryškinama žinių vadybos vieta modeliuojant savo asmeninės karjeros situaciją. [...] Pasirengimas profesinei karjerai vyksta mokantis bendrojo lavinimo mokykloje, todėl jai tenka ypatingas vaidmuo - ne tik padėti suderinti siekius ir galimybes, bet ir pritaikyti juos prie dinamiškos visuomenės socialinių ir ekonominių poreikių. [...] Buvo atliktas tikslinių moksleivių grupių tyrimas Panevėžio regione. [...] Apklausti 438 moksleiviai. [...] Remiantis mokslinės literatūros analize bei empirinio tyrimo rezultatais, atskleista Panevėžio regiono miestų bei rajonų bendrojo lavinimo mokyklų moksleivių profesijos pasirinkimui įtaką darančių veiksnių analizė ir pateikiamas sukurtas moksleivių testavimo portalas. Išanalizavus empirinio tyrimo rezultatus, išryškėjo, kad aukštesniųjų klasių (10 ir 11 klasių) mokiniai jau bent preliminariai turi pasirinkę profesiją. Tai lemia jų profilinio mokymosi dalykų pasirinkimą. Moksleiviai savo profesiniams lūkesčiams įgyvendinti daugiausiai renkasi aukštąjį universitetinį išsilavinimą. Tačiau miesto vietovių moksleivių šis pasirinkimas didesnis, o rajono vietovių mokiniai daugiau dėmesio skiria profesinio rengimo mokymo įstaigoms - kolegijoms bei profesinėms mokykloms. Tai rodo, jog mokiniai neturi pakankamai informacijos apie naujas profesijos įsigijimo formas - neuniversitetinį aukštąjį mokymą (kolegijas), nuotolinį mokymą, tačiau tradiciškai, o kartais ir nepagrįstai, renkasi universitetus. ENThe article provides the general conceptual analysis of the concept of information management and highlights the place of information management within the modeling of one’s personal career situation. [...] Preparation for a professional career is done when studying at a comprehensive school therefore it has a special role – both to help to coordinate the strivings and possibilities and adapt them to the social and economic needs of a dynamic society. [...] A study of school students’ target groups was performed in Panevėžys region. [...] 438 school students were surveyed. [...] Referring to the analysis of the scientific literature and the results of the empirical study, the analysis of the factors, influencing the selection of profession by the students of comprehensive schools of towns and districts in the Panevėžys regions was performed and the portal for testing of school students was provided. Upon analyzing the results of the empirical study, it appeared that the school students of higher forms (10th and 11th form) have already chosen their professions, at least preliminary. This determines the selection of the subjects for profiled education. The higher university education is most frequently chosen by school students as the means for implementation of their professional expectations. However, the choice is wider among the school students in urban areas, the ones in district areas dedicate more attention to colleges and vocational schools, which shows that the school students do not have sufficient information on the new forms of acquisition of a profession – the non-university higher education (colleges), remote learning and traditionally, and, in certain case, gratuitously, choose universities.
