ENCareer is development of individual person in his/her chosen activity and positive evaluation of such activity by people round about and society as such. It is difficult to climb up the ladder spontaneously; therefore it must be planned and managed. Career management, as a lifelong process, is becoming more and more relevant in information society due to many reasons, such as change of labor market needs, ability to adjust and improve professional skills and many others. Consequently, career management is especially relevant in context of lifelong learning conception, when change of labor market needs is very rapid and learning, especially vocational training, becomes inescapable necessity. Labor market change, caused by rapid advance of science and technologies, programs necessity to foreseen, i.e., to project changes of own career, which form basis for decision making, in perspective.
