LTNusikaltimų prevencija ir kontrolė gali būti efektyvi tik tada, kai joje dalyvauja visi visuomenės nariai. Svarbu skatinti bei remti verslininkų iniciatyvas apsaugoti savo komercinę veiklą. Viešasis saugumas glaudžiai susijęs su ekonomine visuomenės plėtra, taip pat su mažų ir vidutinių įmonių steigimu bei funkcionavimu. Viena vertus, ekonominė situacija šalyje daro įtaką galimybėms užtikrinti reikiamą viešojo saugumo lygį. ENThe aim of authors’ research is to examine some of the forces influencing the security of an enterprise, and based on new knowledge to model an activity of particular institutions of security and enterprise development’ sector, reacting to social changes, and partly to compose its interregulation mechanisms on a scientific level. The object of authors’ research is connections between unemployment, small and mediumsized enterprises and common level of criminality in our country, emphasizing such types of criminal actions as racket and fraud, and a type of public law offences – offences of public order. The originality of author’s research shows that one research connects some of social-enterprise and public safety forces, its connections are analyzed and correlation connections are presented. The analysis of authors showed that logical presumption regarding existing connections between examining such characters as small and medium-sized enterprises, employment, unemployment and criminality as one of the main forces influencing public safety was confirmed. The research proved that except traditional attitudes to the development of different national strategies of public security and development of small and medium-sized enterprises we can apply other methods of analysis that highlight a particular correlation connections between different social-enterprise forces influencing public security.
