ENCurrent situation of the Lithuania's job market is favorable for college students that are looking for the work as an administrator. Employees are looking for the specialist capable of knowing business administration procedures, able to communicate in foreign languages as well as working independently and being initiave. To ensure the competetivenes of the graduates of colleges study program is constantly analyzed. The content of the subjects are reviewed, competences are defined and formed and connected to the requirements of the job market. The goal of the research - generalize the results of the investigation about the requirements for qualification of the administrator. The object of research - the qualifications, required by employees for the administrators.
