Praktinio mokymo ir mokymosi realioje darbo vietoje vertinimas studentų požiūriu

LTSiekiant tobulinti kolegijos studentų praktinį mokymą realioje darbo vietoje, buvo atliktas tyrimas. Juo siekta išsiaiškinti, kaip studentai vertina praktinio mokymo organizavimą realioje darbo vietoje, išryškinti tokios veiklos pasiekimus ir trūkumus bei numatyti pasiūlymus praktinio mokymo tobulinimui. Tyrimas vykdytas 2006 m. ESF projekto "Sveikatos priežiūros ir socialinio darbo specialistų rengimo praktinio mokymo sistemos modernizavimas" metu. Jame dalyvavo Kauno kolegijos Sveikatos priežiūros fakulteto II ir III kurso studentai (N=200) (taikyta "lizdinė" atranka). Naudotas klausimynas "Praktinio mokymo vertinimas studentų požiūriu", sudarytas iš trijų blokų: praktinio mokymo realioje darbo vietoje proceso vertinimas, studentų savarankiškų darbų rengimo vertinimas ir studentų požiūrio į praktinį mokymą vertinimas. Kiekybiniai duomenys apdoroti SPSS 13.0 programiniu paketu, o atsakymai į atvirus klausimus analizuoti taikant content analizę. Nustatyta, kad studentams nepakankamai aiški praktikos programa bei praktinio mokymo/-si metu pildomosdokumentacijos tikslingumas ir tvarka. Išskirti sunkumais, su kuriais studentai susiduria rengdami savarankiškus darbus. Specialistų praktikų, kaip praktinio mokymo vadovų, veikla buvo įvertinta gana palankiai, nors specialistai nėra linkę dalintis naujovėmis ir mažai atviri teikiant informaciją, susijusią su profesine veikla. Kokybinė duomenų analizė atskleidė, kad studentai praktinio mokymo metu dažnai atlieka pašalinius darbus, todėl praktinio mokymo tikslai pasiekiami tik iš dalies. Pateikiami siūlymai, kaip gerinti studentų praktikos kokybę. ENIn order to improve practical training of college students in a real workplace, the research has been performed. The aim was to find out how students construe the organization of practical training in a real workplace, to highlight the achievements and disadvantages of these activities and to provide suggestions for the improvement of practical training. The research was conducted during the ESF project "Modernization of practical training system for the training of specialists of health care and social work" in 2006. II and III year students (N = 200) of Faculty of Health at Kaunas College took part there (the "nested" sampling was applied). The questionnaire used "Evaluation of practical training in students’ terms" consisted of three blocks: process evaluation of practical training in a real job place, assessment of self-employment works of students and evaluation of students’ approach to practical training. Quantitative data was processed using SPSS 13.0 software package, and the answers to open questions were analyzed using content analysis. It was found that students lack a clear program of practice and expediency and order of additional documentation filled during the practical teaching / learning. The difficulties which students may encounter during the preparation of individual works were marked. The activity of experts-practicians, as the managers of practical teaching, was evaluated quite positively, although experts are not inclined to share innovations and show a little openness in providing information relevant to the professional activity. Qualitative data analysis revealed that the students often have by-works during the practical training and, therefore, the objectives of practical training are achieved only partially. Suggestions for improving the quality of students' practice were made. Also, the article presents authentic speeches by students on "perfect" - in terms of students - "dream practice".
