Jaunimo mokyklų vadovų požiūris į mokinių, praradusių mokymosi motyvaciją, ugdymo proceso organizavimą

LTJaunimo mokyklų teigiamų darbo rezultatų vienas iš svarbiausių veiksnių yra šių mokyklų vadovai. Straipsnyje pristatomas tyrimas, kuriuo siekta ištirti jaunimo mokyklų vadovų požiūrį į ugdymo proceso galimybes atstatant mokinių mokymosi motyvaciją. Darbe aptariamos mokyklų vadovų įvardytos jaunimo mokyklų problemos, išsiaiškinamos mokyklų galimybės atstatant mokinių mokymosi motyvaciją. Atliekant anketinę apklausą, jaunimo mokyklų vadovų respondentų grupei buvo skiriamas ypatingas dėmesys, siekiant išsiaiškinti mokyklų problemas, ateities perspektyvas ir įgyvendinti pozityvią paauglių ir jaunuolių socializaciją. Apibendrinant jaunimo mokyklų vadovų pasisakymus, pateiktų refleksijų apmąstymus ir vertinimus, daromos išvados, kad vadovai žino savo mokyklų problemas, dalyvauja jas sprendžiant, rūpinasi mokyklos įvaizdžiu, jos saugumu ir patrauklumu ugdytiniams. Daugelį sudėtingų problemų padėtų išspręsti būtinų etatų įsteigimas: gydytojo, slaugos specialisto, pedagogo bibliotekininko (viso etato), spec. pedagogo, apsaugos darbuotojo ir kt. Jaunimo mokyklų vadovams nepakanka pedagoginių, psichologinių gebėjimų ir kompetencijų inicijuoti veiklas, tyrimus, kurie leistų pažinti mokinius kaip individualybes, išsiaiškinti priežastis, kurios lėmė asmenybės pokyčius: neigimą, neatsakingumą, priklausomybę, nusikalstamą veiklą ir kt., taip pat kaip inicijuoti ugdymo proceso tobulinimą, ieškant veiksmingų poveikio priemonių, sąlygų atstatyti mokinių motyvaciją, keisti jų vertybinį pasaulį, elgesio normas ir kt.

ENOne of the most important factors of positive work results at youth schools are the school leaders. The article presents the study which seeks to examine the attitudes of youth schools leaders towards the possibilities of educational process for the regeneration of students' learning motivation. The paper deals with the problems indicated by the youth school leaders, clarifies the possibilies of schools to regenerate learning motivation of students. During the questionnaire survey, the group of respondents of youth school leaders received special attention in order to clarify the problems of schools, future prospects and to implement positive socialization of adolescents and young people. Having summarized the speeches by youth school leaders, cogitations of reflections presented and evaluations, the conclusion was drawn that the leaders know the problems of their schools, they are involved in dealing with them, take care of school image, safety and attractiveness to its learners. Most of complex issues would be solved easier if necessary establishments were set up: doctor, nurse, teacher-librarian (fulltime), special educator, security guard and others. Leaders of youth schools lack educational, psychological skills and competencies to initiate activities and studies that would allow knowing students as individuals, ascertaining the reasons which led to the change of personality: denial, irresponsibility, addiction, criminal activity and others, as well as how to initiate the development of educational process seeking for means of sanctions, conditions for the regeneration of students’ motivation, changing their world of values, norms of behavior and so on.
