ENThe article deals with the relations that were established between the Habsburgs and Lithuania in the first half of the 15"' century, acquaints the readers with the Archive of the Habsburg Dynasty, the estate and the State of Austria, searches for literature on Lithuania published abroad, publications. The article also presents the results of the latest searches carried out in 2005- 2006, the material of the 15'h-17'h centuries found, which is related to the generally understood history of the Ducal Palace of Lithuania succinctly concentrated in the Archive of the Habsburg Dynasty, the Estate and the State of Austria (HHSTA, the stocks Polen and Russland).
