Conflicts between vocational school students and their groupmates: manifestation and prevention

LTProfesinių mokyklų mokinių bendravimui būdingas konfliktiškumas, bet mokslinėje literatūroje neteko aptikti tyrimų ir publikacijų apie profesinių mokyklų mokinių tarpusavio konfliktus ir jų prevenciją. Tai paskatino atlikti tyrimą, kuriuo siekta atsakyti į šiuos probleminius klausimus: Kas būdinga profesinių mokyklų mokinių tarpusavio konfliktams? Ar vykdoma šių konfliktų prevencija, jeigu vykdoma, kuo ji ypatinga? Siekiant minėto tikslo, 2006 metais atlikta 335 pirmo kurso profesinių mokyklų moksleivių apklausa, naudojant specialiai parengtą klausimyną. Duomenys apdoroti taikant aprašomosios ir inferencinės statistikos testus. Straipsnyje pristatomi tyrimo rezultatai. ENConflicts are an attribute of social intercourse of vocational school students. In scientific literature we, however, failed to find any reseach or publications on conflicts between vocational school students and their prevention. This fact encouraged us to conduct a research aiming to answer questions as follows: What are attributes of conflicts between vocational school students'? Is prevention of such conflicts implemented and, if yes, what are its characteristics? Seeking this goal, in 2006 we conducted a survey of 335 first-year vocational school students, who were offered to answer a specially designed questionnaire. The data were handled running some descriptive and inferential statistics tests. The results are presented in the article. [From the publication]
