Socialinių pedagogų bendradarbiavimas su paauglių tėvais, vykdant mokyklos nelankymo prevenciją

LTStraipsnyje mokyklos nelankymo problema nagrinėjama socialinių pedagogų bendradarbiavimo su paauglių tėvais aspektu. Pristatomi kokybinio tyrimo, taikant iš dalies struktūruoto interviu metodiką, rezultatai. Tyrimu siekta išsiaiškinti, kaip socialiniai pedagogai bendradarbiauja su paauglių tėvais, vykdant mokyklos nelankymo prevenciją. Interviu padėjo atskleisti, kaip socialiniai pedagogai supranta bendradarbiavimo su tėvais sąvoką, kaip tą bendradarbiavimą puoselėja, ko siekia, kaip vertina šeimos pažinimo vaidmenį bendradarbiavimo procese, kokie yra šeimos pažinimo šaltiniai, ar kviečia paauglių tėvus bendradarbiauti, kaip tai daro, kokie yra to bendradarbiavimo ypatumai, kas lemia jo veiksmingumą, kokių kyla bendradarbiavimo problemų, kaip jos sprendžiamos. ENIn this article the author investigates one aspect of solution of the problem of school nonattendance, namely, collaboration of social pedagogues with adolescents' parents. In the article are presented results of a qualitative research study, which was conducted applying a method of a half-structured interview with social pedagogues. The research study aimed at revealing of ways of collaboration of social pedagogues with adolescents' parents, implementing school nonattendance prevention. The interviews helped to reveal how social pedagogues conceive the concept of collaboration with parents, in what cases social pedagogues collaborate with adolescents' parents and what they wish to achieve by this collaboration, how social pedagogues evaluate the role of knowledge of the family in the collaboration process, what sources of knowledge of the family are, by what means social pedagogues invite the adolescents' parents to collaborate, what assumptions condition the choice of particular methods of invitation for collaboration, what methods social pedagogues use collaborating with adolescents' parents, what peculiarities of the process of collaboration with parents are, what factors condition effectiveness of collaboration of social pedagogues with adolescents' parents, what problems social pedagogues encounter while collaborating with adolescents' parents and how they solve them.
