LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama nauja santaros ugdymo problema remiantis prigimtiniu bendravimo vyksmu. Straipsnio tikslas - atskleisti bendravimo, sugyvenimo formas kaip priemonę ugdyti vaikų ir suaugusiųjų santarą jų laimingam sambūviui. Autorius nagrinėja bendravimo ir sugyvenimo priemones, bendravimo rūšis, auginimo vyksmo sąsajas su lavinimu ir auklėjimu, aptaria auginimo atliekamas ugdymo funkcijas (slaugą, lavinimą, auklėjimą). Išaiškinamos santaros brandos dorybės asmenybės ugdyme analizuojant bendravimo dvasinės brandos parametrus, dorybių svarbą. ENThe article examines the new unity nurturing problem referring to the natural process of communication. The article aims at revealing the forms of communication and concord as a means for nurturing of unity of children and adults for the purpose of their goodwill coexistence. The author examines the means of communication and coexistence, the types of communication, the relations between breeding, education and upbringing and discusses the functions of upbringing, performed by breeding (care, education and nurturing). The virtues of unity within upbringing of a person are explained by analyzing the parameters of the spiritual maturity of communication and the importance of virtues. The article provides a comprehensive examination of the whole structure of a personality, the upbringing tasks, the most important areas of preparation for the activities and communication, the deficiencies and anomalies in behaviour. The cognition of communication skills, the tasks and methods of nurturing are discussed, the recommendations for development of communication skills are provided.
