LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjamos asmens patirties ir dvasingumo sklaidos sąsajos meninio ugdymo procese, apibūdinamos studentų meninės patirties ypatybės, asmens meninės patirties plėtotės prielaidos studijų procese, charakterizuojami dvasingumo sklaidos veiksniai ir orientyrai meninio ugdymo praktikoje. Straipsnio tikslas - įvertinti asmens meninės patirties plėtrą dvasingumo sklaidos kontekste. Tyrime dalyvavo 1471 universitetų ir kolegijų studentas: būsimi dailės, muzikos mokytojai, socialiniai pedagogai, pradinių klasių ir meninio ugdymo, želdinių ir jų dizaino bei kitų specialybių studentai. Tyrimo rezultatų analizė atskleidė ribotą tiriamųjų meninę patirtį, studijų procese vyraujančią reprodukcinio pobūdžio tikslų sampratą ir patirtį, kuri yra dalykų studijavimo, nulemto orientacijos į žinių kaupimą, rezultatas. Galima teigti, kad meninio ugdymo bei pedagogų profesinio rengimo praktikoje meno studijų pobūdis nėra palankus norint nuosekliai tobulinti asmens meninę patirtį kaip dvasingumo sklaidos prielaidą ir rezultatą. Būtina akcentuoti kūrybiškumo, asmens raiškos, savisklaidos reikšmę ir tuo remiantis įtvirtinti atitinkamą studijų sampratą - prielaidą plėtoti ugdytinių meninę patirtį. Meno dalykų studijų tikslus ir vertinimo kriterijus, jų asmeninį ir socialinį reikšmingumą aktualu vertinti kaip dvasingumo veiksnius bei orientyrus, o meninės patirties plėtrą vertinti kaip dvasingumo sklaidos būdą bei prielaidą.
ENFrom the pedagogical point of view, the trainee's experience is generally valued as a result and presumption of education. However, it is importam to understand what it means to the person him / herself, to the personai maturity, how it is connected to the future career in the society, in what way experience establishes itself in actual trainee's behaviour from sočiai viewpoint and adjusts his / her cultural development. Accordingly, it is necessary to evaluate the artistic experience, its meaning and purpose in human life. This article analyses the connection of person's experience with the spread of spirituality in the process of artistic education. It has investigated college and university students' artistic experience and its specific characteristics, as well as pedagogical factors stimulating the spread of spirituality in the studies process. The analysis of experience in the article is based on the viewpoint that the core of a personality is its spirituality. The meaning and purpose of artistic experience in human life are construed respectively. Therefore, the practice of artistic education is presented as the system of a person's spiritual spread determined by a sočiai viewpoint, which gives sense to the purpose of the process and to the obtained artistic experience by the trainee. Referring to this conception of the purpose of artistic education it dears out that a person's experience in the context of spiritual spread is a topical pedagogical problem. The aim of the article is to evaluate a person's artistic experience in the context of spiritual spread.The research has revealed that reproductive, creative and artistically expressive types of experience are common to the students (n = 1471) of Lithuanian universities and colleges. It has been determined that the experience of artistic expression as an integral indicator of the ąuality of artistic experience is the factor systematizing the artistic experience and determining its purpose. Conseąuently, the content of an artvvork and the systems of the individuals' spiritual values should be relevandy assessed as die factors and guides oi spirituality, whereas the artistic activity and the individuals' artistic cooperation, which are promoted in educational practice, should be relevandy assessed as die factors and guides of spiritual spread. According to this conception of artistic experience and its development, a way of spiritual spread system has been suggested; by applying it in die practice of artistic education spirituality is integrated into human behaviour, topical from the sočiai viewpoint, and the process of cultural development. The research explored die features of students' artisticexperience and the real situation of artistic education in Lithuanian institutions of higher education; it disdosed the reasons of specialists' limited artistic education, defined pedagogical factors and marks of the spiritual spread in the process of artistic education.
