Pedagoginis talentas - mokytojo autoriteto susidarymo sąlyga

LTStraipsnyje siekiama atskleisti pedagoginio talento sampratą ir reikšmę ugdymo procese Nepriklausomos Lietuvos pedagogų (S. Čiurlionienės, J. Lapinsko, A. Šerkšno) darbuose. Šie autoriai pabrėžė, kad pedagoginis talentas yra reikšminga pedagoginio autoriteto susidarymo sąlyga. Pedagoginiam talentui būdingi tam tikri esminiai bruožai. Pedagoginį darbą gali dirbti tik aukščiausias vertybes turinti asmenybė, savo darbe besivadovaujanti aukščiausio aktyvumo principu. Asmenybės doros šaltinis - religija; mokytojas privalo puoselėti tikėjimą, religijos vertybes. Savo tikėjimu į Visagalį mokytojas turi veikti mokinius, jų protą ir jausmus, tikėjimu praturtinti mokiniams siūlomas etikos normas. Pedagoginį talentą sudaro teoriniai gebėjimai (įvairiapusis išsilavinimas ir nusimanymas įvairiose srityse, religinis nusiteikimas, geras dalyko mokėjimas) ir praktiniai gebėjimai (mokinio kaip vertybės pažinimas ir pripažinimas, taktiškas elgesys su mokiniais, orientavimasis visose pedagoginėse situacijose ir tikslingas jų išsiaiškinimas pedagoginiu-psichologiniu požiūriu, mokėjimas valdyti mokinių santykius, racionalus ir tikslingas medžiagos atrinkimas, grupavimas, jos perteikimas mokiniams, atsižvelgus į jų individualumą). Talentingas mokytojas daro didžiulę įtaką besiformuojančiai asmenybei, mokytojo dvasios jėga skatina mokinius tikėti jo žodžiais, formuotis gyvenimo idealą. ENThe article attempts to reveal the concept of pedagogical talent and its significance in the nurturing process in the studies by pedagogues of the independent Lithuania (S. Čiurlionienė, J. Lapinskas and A. Šerkšnas). The said authors stressed that pedagogical talent is a significant condition for emergence of the pedagogical authority. Pedagogical talent characterizes with certain essential traits. Pedagogical activities can be performed only by a personality with the highest values, observing the principle of highest activity in his/her activities. The source of virtue of a person is religion; a teacher must nurture faith and religious values. The teacher’s faith into the Almighty must influence his/her pupils, their mind and feelings and enrich their ethic norms. The pedagogical talent includes the theoretical abilities (versatile education and knowledge of different areas, religious mindframe and good knowledge of the subject) and practical skills (cognition and recognition of the student as a value, tactical behaviour with students, orientation in all the pedagogical situations and ability to expediently explain them in pedagogical – psychological terms, the ability to manage the relations between students and the rational and purposeful selection, grouping and conveyance of materials to the students, referring to their individuality). A talented teacher has an enormous influence on the shaping personality, the teacher’s spiritual powers encourage the students to believe his/her words and shape their ideals of life. The students feel the sociality of the personality of the teacher, his/her benevolent tone and quite frequently choose the teacher as the ideal of embodiment of humanity.
