Biržų pilies arsenalo vedėjo pareiškimas 1686 metų revizijos vykdytojams ir jų atsakymas jam

LTStraipsnis skirtas Lietuvos mokslų akademijos bibliotekoje saugomos Radvilų dvaro ir pilies knygoje esančios 1686 m. revizijos dokumentų dalies (f. 25, b. ADK 167, p. 461 - 474)) publikacijai. Tai pilies arsenalo vedėjo Heinrich’o Fehr’o pareiškimas (p. 461 – 470) 1686 m. pilies revizijos vykdytojams Jan’ui Jerzy’ui Chwalkowski’ui ir Johann’ui Reyer’iui, revizorių atsakymas papunkčiui (p. 461 – 470), taip pat arsenalo vedėjo darbo įvertinimas (p. 473 – 474; p. 471 – bandyti ištrinti fragmentiški įrašai, p. 472 – tuščias). Dokumentų originalas nežinomas, knygoje esantis nuorašas skelbiamas pirmą kartą. Įvade pateikiami paleografiniai duomenys. Nuorašus sudaro atskiri lapai, įrišti su kita revizijos medžiaga. Tai XVII a. pabaigos vokiškas rankraštis, surašytas neogotikiniu kursyvu, ne vienu metu trijų ar dviejų (galėta keisti rašymo manierą) rašovų. Gale esantis vedėjo darbo įvertinimas datuojamas 1686.VIII.30, revizorių atsakymų punktai – 1686.XI.25 (matyt buvo dar aiškinamasi, įvertinus darbą). ENThe article is about the publication of a part of inspection documents of 1686 in the book of the Radvila mansion and castle kept in the library of the Academy of Sciences of Lithuania (f. 25, b. ADK 167, p. 461-474). This is a statement by the arsenal head Heinrich Fehr (p. 461-470) to inspectors of the castle in 1686 Jan Jerzy Chwalkowski and Johann Reyer, the inspectors’ reply point by point (p. 461-470) and evaluation of performance of the head of the arsenal (p. 473-474; p. 471 – attempts to delete fragmental records, p. 472 – empty). The original of the documents is unknown and the copy kept in the book is published for the first time. The introduction provides palaeographical data. Copies consist of separate pages bound together with other inspection materials. It is a German manuscript of the end of the 17th century in neo-gothic italic by two or three writers (the manner of writing could have been altered) writing not at the same time. At the end there is evaluation of the head’s work dated 30 August 1686 and points of the inspectors’ reply of 25 September 1686 (probably clarifications were made after evaluation of work). Some positions of the arsenal objects were checked against the inventory list drawn on 12 September 1686 with signatures and seals of the inspectors. There is a comment to the publication.
