Studentų mokymo kokybės veiksniai

LTStraipsnyje aptariami santykinės mokymo kokybės ir ugdomosios sąveikos veiksniai, lemiantys studentų mokymo ir mokymosi rezultatus, pagrįsti geriausia moksline ir praktine pedagogine patirtimi. Atlikta analizė leidžia daryti išvadą, kad siekiant pagerinti mokymo ir mokymosi kokybę, labai svarbu, kad studijuojantys suvoktų ryšį tarp atskirų dalykų, mokėtų taikyti indukcijos ir dedukcijos principus bei sugebėtų sumaniai panaudoti įgytas žinias, remiantis jų taikymo universalumu. Tačiau tam pirmiausia būtina suvokti esminius šių dalykų skirtumus ir panašumus, žinoti reikalingos įsiminti medžiagos struktūrą, mokėti išskirti jos sudėtines dalis, nustatyti jų tarpusavio ryšius, žinoti sąmoningo įsiminimo būdus. Vieną kartą išgirstos žinios sunkiai įsimenamos, todėl pakartojimas naudojant kartu ir dalykinius žaidimus, konkrečių situacijų analizę, vykdant praktines užduotis, pasikeitimą vaidmenimis, praturtina mokymo procesą, padeda įtvirtinti teorines žinias, suformuoti jų taikymo įgūdžius. Naujausių žinių panaudojimas bendravimo procese padeda geriau įsiminti ir realizuoti jas praktinėje veikloje. Jei besimokančiųjų grupė sugeba įvertinti pedagogo profesinę ir emocinę kompetenciją, išradingumą, bendravimo meną, tai mokymo rezultatai tikrai nenuvils. ENThe article discusses the factors of interaction between a relative quality of teaching and education which affect the results of teaching and learning of students, and which are based on the best scientific and practical teaching experience. The accomplished analysis suggests that in order to improve the quality of teaching and learning, it is important for the students to understand the relationship between different things, to know how to apply induction and deduction principles and to be able to use the knowledge gained intelligently with reference to versatility of their application. However, first they have to understand fundamental differences and similarities between those things, to know structure of material necessary to be memorized, to be able to distinguish parts of its component, to determine their interpersonal connections, to know means of conscious memorizing. The knowledge heard once is difficult to remember, so the learning process is enriched by repeat along with games, analysis of specific situations through practical tasks, change of roles, as well as this helps to consolidate theoretical knowledge, to develop skills for its application. The use of modern knowledge during communication process helps to remember better and to implement it in practice. If the group of students is able to evaluate professional and emotional competence, resourcefulness, communication art of educator, then training results will certainly not be disappointing. People are happy to learn and willing to change their behavior if there is a link between the already existing and acquired knowledge, creativity and interpersonal relationships, if a variety of teaching methods is applied, and if it is clear that the acquisition of cognitive, applicable and practical skills will affect the salary or career of the future employee.
