LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjama žinių kaupimo ir sklaidos panaudojimo organizacijų strateginiam valdymui problema, nes, kaip parodė geros vadybos praktika, strateginis valdymas organizacijoje būna neefektyvus, jeigu personalas neįtraukiamas į žinių kaupimo ir sklaidos procesą, kuris yra svarbiausia efektyvaus strateginio valdymo sąlyga. Anksčiau verslo strategijas rengdavo organizacijų vadovai, remdamiesi vadybininkų surinkta informacija ir šabloniniais modeliais. Dabar rengiant strategijas dalyvauja visi darbuotojai, kurie įtraukiami į šį procesą tam, kad jie sukurtas strategijas priimtų kaip savas ir ryžtingai imtųsi veiklos kaupdami žinias ir jas panaudodami kitoms, dar tobulesnėms strategijoms rengti. Straipsnyje pateiktas žinių sklaidos ir kaupimo modelis organizacijos strateginiam valdymui yra tinkamas įvairioms organizacijoms pagrindžiant atitinkamus informacinius srautus, susiklostančius kuriant atitinkamas strategijas. Strategijų rengimas šiuolaikinėmis sąlygomis yra sudėtingas procesas, todėl darbuotojai turi būti kompetentingi, kad galėtų sėkmingai kaupti ir panaudoti žinias, skirtas strateginiam valdymui. Straipsnyje, siekiant įvertinti žinių kaupimo ir sklaidos reikšmę strateginiam organizacijos valdymui, išanalizuota žinių kaupimo ir sklaidos sistema, taikoma Lietuvos maisto ūkio sektoriuje. Gauti analizės rezultatai parodė, kad siekiant padidinti žinių kaupimo ir sklaidos efektyvumą šiame sektoriuje, tikslinga maisto ūkio sektoriaus organizacijose formuoti strateginio valdymo komandas, kurios veiktų plokščios organizacinės struktūros pagrindais ir į kurias būtų įtraukiami geriausiai strateginį valdymą išmanantys specialistai.
ENThe article deals with problems of collection and diffusion of data for strategic management of organizations in modem conditions. Strategic management is effective, if the staff of organizations is familiar with strategies creation process, which is the main condition for effective development of organizations. Previous business strategies of organizations were prepared by their heads, supported by managers, who collected information, and by pattern models, prepared by specialized enterprises in creating strategies. Now in preparing strategies participates all staff of the enterprise, in order to accept staff to acknowledge strategies as priority of their activity in the organization. In the article model of data collection and diffusion, which can be applied for strategic management in different organizations, is proposed. In that model it is maintained that information flows, ordered in process of creation strategies, clearly correspond to requirements for strategic decisions implementation. Staff may contain strategic competence in choosing to obtain capability of collection and diffusion news in an effective way. The level of strategic competence characterizes leading, innovation, singleness, and collaboration as their internal evidence. In the article for purpose of showing importance of collection and diffusion news in strategic management, process of collection and diffusion news in agro-food sector was analyzed. The obtained results show that for purposes of effective strategic management of that sector, in organizations must be formed commands of strategic management, the activity of which must be based on tabular organizational structure and which must include specialists, which most of all dig in strategic management. [From the publication]The article examines problems of using knowledge accumulation and dissemination for strategic management of organizations, since good management practice indicated that strategic management of the organization is inefficient if its employees are not involved in knowledge accumulation and dissemination process which is essential condition of effective strategic management. Previously, business strategies were prepared by organisation top managers on the basis of the information collected by lower level managers and pattern models. Now, all employees are involved in the development of corporate strategies in order to they adopted the strategies created as their own and took decisive actions in accumulating knowledge and using them for the development of other, more improved, strategies. Knowledge accumulation and dissemination model for the strategic management of an organisation, delivered in the article, is suitable to various organisations in support of relevant information flows arising in the development of appropriate strategies. In modern environment, the preparation of strategies is a complex process, thus the employees must be competent to successfully accumulate knowledge and use them for strategic management of the organisation. In order to evaluate the importance of the accumulation and dissemination of knowledge for strategic management of the organisation, the article analyses knowledge accumulation and dissemination system applied in Lithuanian food industry. Analytical results showed that in order to improve knowledge accumulation and dissemination efficiency, food industry organisations should form strategic management groups acting on the basis of flat organisation structure that would involve strategic management specialists.
