Kai kurie jaunuolių altruizmo internalizacijos būklės bruožai

LTStraipsnyje remiantis empiriniais tyrimais Lietuvos mastu atskleidžiami kai kurie jaunuolių altruizmo internalizacijos būklės bruožai. Atliktas tyrimas, kuriuo siekta ištirti jaunuolių savo altruizmo vertinimą jo esmės ir prasmės suvokimo aspektais, išanalizuoti altruistinių išgyvenimų būklę bei nustatyti jaunuolių altruistinių siekių ir altruistinio elgesio tendencijas. Tyrime dalyvavo 851 jaunuoliai, besimokantys 11-12 klasėse. 431 respondentas apklaustas didmiesčiuose, 420 respondentų - apskrities ir rajonų centruose (miestuose). Nustatyta, kad esminių jaunimo altruizmo raiškos skirtumų lyties, klasės, gyvenamosios vietos aspektais nebuvo fiksuota, vyrauja vidutinė jaunuolių altruizmo esmės supratimo pakopa. Nors dauguma respondentų nėra išsamiai susipažinę su altruizmo sąvoka,tačiau daugeliu atvejų nustatytas pozityvus požiūris į šią vertybę. Vyrauja vidutinė ir aukšta abiejų lyčių jaunuolių altruistinių išgyvenimų pakopos, nors pastebėta, kad merginų altruistinių išgyvenimų patirtis yra ryškesnė, pozityvių altruistinių jausmų patirtis . kiek geresnė. Daugumai respondentų klasės ir gyvenamosios vietos aspektais bei išskirtinai merginoms būdinga aukšta ryžto altruistiškai elgtis pakopa, tačiau lyties, klasės, gyvenamosios vietos aspektais dominuoja vidutinė altruistinio jaunuolių elgesio pakopa; respondentams nebūdinga reguliarus dalyvavimas visuomenei naudingoje veikloje, neatlygintinos pagalbos kitiems teikimas. ENThe article, referring to empirical studies, performed throughout Lithuania, reveals certain traits of the state of internalization of altruism among young people. The study was performed with the aim of examining young people’s altruism in terms of comprehension of its essence and meaning, analyze the state of altruistic experience and identify the trends of young people’s altruistic strivings and behaviour. 851 young people, attending 11th and 12th forms participated in the survey. 431 respondents were surveyed in big cities, 420 in district centers (i. e. towns). No essential differences of expression of young people’s altruism in terms of sex, class and place of residence have been registered, the average level of comprehension of the essence of altruism prevails among young people. Although the majority of respondents are not comprehensively familiarized with the concept of altruism, in most cases a positive view of the value was established. There prevail the medium and high levels of altruistic experience of young people of both sexes although it was noticed that the girls’ altruistic experience is more prominent and positive. Most respondents, in terms of the class and place of residence, and exclusively girls, characterize with a high level of determination of altruistic behaviour however in terms of sex, class and place of residence the average level of altruistic behaviour predominates among young people; the respondents do not regularly participate in the activities, beneficial for the society or render assistance to others free of any charge. The article presents recommendations regarding the development of spread of altruism among young people.
