Dzieje stosunków polsko-litewskich : od czasów najdawniejszych do współczesności

LTSumanytame 4 tomų darbe analizuojami lietuvių ir lenkų santykiai nuo seniausių laikų iki XX a. Išleisti du tomai, kuriuose tiriami ne tik politiniai, bet ir kultūriniai, ūkiniai tautų santykiai, dinastiniai ryšiai ir kt. I tomas skirtas istorijai nuo XIII a. iki 1385 m. Krėvos unijos. Jame analizuojama regione gyvenusių tautų politiniai santykiai, tarpusavio karai, Lenkijos vaidmuo Lietuvos krikščioninime XIII-XIV a. Atskirai tiriama 1325 m. Lenkijos- Lietuvos sutartis, Krėvos unijos genezė, unijos akto autentiškumo problema. Daroma išvada, kad lietuvių ir lenkų santykiai buvo labai įvairiapusiai, siekta derinti tarpusavio interesus. II tomas skirtas 1386-1492 m. Lietuvos ir Lenkijos politinių santykių istorijai. Autorius išskiria keturis šio laikotarpio etapus: 1385-1400 m. (Vytauto valdoma Lietuva sustiprėjo, 1387 m. pakrikštyta, baigėsi Vilniaus-Radomo unija); 1401-1428 m. etapas išskiriamas kaip pergalingų kovų su kryžiuočiais laikas, tuo metu lietuvius ir lenkus siejo unijos tradicija, bendra valdžia, lenkų dvasininkų veikla Lietuvoje, bendri kariniai interesai Rytuose; 1429-1440 m. periodas pasižymėjo didele tarpusavio santykių įtampa, vos nesibaigusia kariniu konfliktu, analizuojami unijos šalininkų ir priešininkų veiksmai; 1440-1492 m. unija susidūrė su naujais išbandymais, buvo nutraukta ir vėl atnaujinta, analizuojama Lietuvos ir Lenkijos politika 13-kos metų kare, atskirai tiriamas Lenkijos valdovo Kazimiero Jogailaičio politinis vaidmuo. ENThe conceived 4 volumes study analyzes the relations between Lithuanians and Poles from the ancient times till the 20th century. Two volumes, examining political, cultural and economic relations between the nations, as well as the dynasty relations, etc., have been published. Volume I is dedicated to the period from the 13th century till the Krėva Union of 1385. It analyzes the political relations and wars between the nations, inhabiting the region and the role of Poland in Christianization of Lithuania in the 13th – 14th centuries. The Treaty between Poland and Lithuania of 1325, the genesis of the Krėva Union and the union act authenticity problem are analyzed separately. The conclusion is made that the relations between Lithuanians and Poles were very diverse, attempts were made to coordinate the mutual interests. Volume II is dedicated to the history of the political relations between Lithuania and Poland in 1386-1492. The author distinguishes four phases of the period: 1385-1400 (the period of strength of Lithuania under Vytautas’s rule, Christianization of Lithuania in 1387, the end of the Vilnius-Radom Union); the period of 1401-1428, distinguished as a time of victorious wars with the Teutonic Order, while Lithuanians and Poles were related by union tradition and common rule, the activities of Polish priests in Lithuania and the common military interests in the East; the period of 1429-1440, characterized with a significant tension in the relations, which almost did not end in a war conflict, the actions of supporters and opponents of the union are analyzed; the period of 1440-1492, during which the union faced new challenges, was terminated and renewed, the politics of Poland and Lithuania in the 13 years war are analyzed, the political role of Polish ruler Casimir Jagiellonian is examined separately. After the death of Casimir Jagiellonian, a new phase of the relations between Poland and Lithuania commenced, which is going to be analyzed in the fu.
