Socialinio darbo praktikos programų įgyvendinimo galimybės Marijampolės apskrities socialinių paslaugų institucijose

LTStraipsnyje pristatomas tyrimas, kuriuo siekta patikrinti socialinio darbo praktikos programų įgyvendinimo galimybes Marijampolės apskrities socialinių paslaugų institucijose. Straipsnyje aptariama septynių socialinio darbo specialybės studentų keturių metų patirtis atliekant mokomąją socialinio darbo praktiką. Respondentai atrinkti atsitiktinai. Taikytas kokybinis tyrimo metodas - pusiau struktūrizuotas interviu. Gauti duomenys analizuojami išskiriant pasikartojančias temas ir potemes. Straipsnyje yra atskleidžiama patirtimi paremto mokymo(si) reikšmė ir vaidmuo profesinio rengimo ir tobulėjimo procese, apžvelgiama praktikos reikšmė socialinio darbo studijų programoje. Išryškėjo, kad socialinio darbo praktikų užduotys, galimybė institucijose dirbti su klientais, padeda studentams ugdytis socialiniam darbui reikalingas asmenybines savybes, mokytis teorines žinias taikyti praktinėje veikloje bei reflektuoti savo profesinį augimą. Praktinės veiklos metu studentai turi galimybę stebėti profesionalaus socialinio darbuotojo veiklą, ugdyti socialiniam darbui reikalingus įgūdžius, taikyti socialinio darbo principus. Praktikos programų turinys atitinka teorinius kursus ir tai studentus skatina integruoti teorines į praktinę veiklą. Respondentų patirtis atskleidžia, jog praktikos vadovai kolegijoje ir institucijose stengiasi studentams padėti spręsti iškilusias problemas, įgyvendinti praktikos užduotis, o tai padeda užsimezgę šilti, draugiški bendradarbiavimo santykiai.

ENThe article presents the study, aimed at verification of the possibilities of implementation of social labour practice programmes in the social service provision institutions of Marijampolė district. The article discusses the four years’ experience of seven social labour students when performing the social labour practice. The respondents were selected randomly. The quality study method, i. e. the semi-structured interview was applied. The obtained results were analyzed by distinguishing the recurrent subjects and sub-subjects. The article reveals the significance of the experience based teaching/learning and its role in the process of professional training and development and overviews the significance of practice in the social labour studies programme. It appeared that the tasks of the social labour practitioners and the possibility to work with the customers at institutions help the students to nurture the personal traits, necessary for social labour, to learn to apply the theoretical knowledge in practical activities and reflect on their professional growth. During their practical activities the students get a possibility to observe the activities of a professional social worker, nurture the skills, necessary in the area of social labour and apply the social labour principles. The content of the practice programmes corresponds to the theoretical courses, which encourages the students to integrate their theoretical knowledge into practical activities. The respondents’ experience reveals that their practice guides at the college and in the institutions attempt to assist them in resolution of the arising problems and implementing their tasks, which helps to start warm and friendly cooperation relations.
