LTStraipsnyje keliama asmens santykių kaitos problema šiuolaikinės globalizacijos kontekste. Žvelgiant į santykius kaip į galimą dvasingumo dimensiją ir saugumo garantą, aptariama santykio samprata, santykių tipologija ir įvairių santykių tipų reikšmė žmogaus dvasiniam gyvenimui, santykių sąsaja su vertybėmis, vertybių atrankos ir hierarchijos problemiškumas, humaniškumo vieta tarp kitų vertybių. Pasirinkus humaniškumą santykių vertinimo kriterijumi, siekiama atskleisti šiuolaikinių mokinių santykių kaip dvasingumo dimensijos brandos ypatumus. Remiantis 1998 ir 2005 m. tyrimų duomenimis, išryškinamos vyresniųjų mokinių santykių su kitais žmonėmis (tėvais, mokytojais, draugais), su pačiu savimi ir Dievu kaitos tendencijos, taip pat keliamos su tuo susijusios aktualios pedagoginės problemos. ENThe article raises the problem of changes in relations in the context of contemporary globalization. Viewing relations as a possible dimension of a person's spirituality and a guarantee of safety, the concept of relationship, the typology of relations and the importance of separate types of relations in a person's spiritual life are presented. [...] On the basis of the pilot research conducted in 1998 and 2005, the tendencies of changes in the relations of upper secondary school (17–18 year old) students with other people (parents, teachers, friends), themselves, and God are highlighted. The data revealed that the students, who were investigated according to the human ness criterion, evaluated their relations with their mother more favorably than with their father. The relations with the mother are considered to be more positive than those with teachers and friends. On the other hand, the relationship with teachers is evaluated slightly more positively than with the father; the importance of relations with friends is higher than those with teachers. Comparing the relations by the type of changes that occur under globalization, certain minor positive changes may be observed: the first one reflects the relations of upper secondary students with friends and mother, the second one with teachers and God. A slightly negative trend partially intermingles with small positive fluctuations. The student's relations with himself do not undergo significant changes, though a slight downward trend is noticed. Thus, the cognition of upper secondary students relationship, observation of their further changes and search for possibilities of their correction are pedagogical problems of high topicality.
