Visuomenės požiūris į sutrikusios psichikos suaugusiųjų darbinius gebėjimus.

LTStraipsnyje pristatomi visuomenės požiūrio į sutrikusios psichikos suaugusiųjų darbinius gebėjimus tyrimo rezultatai. Rinkos ekonomikos sąlygomis psichikos negalę turinčių žmonių darbinių įgūdžių realizacija ir jų palaikymas išlieka problemiška visuomenės gamybinių ir edukacinių santykių dalis. Nors visuomenės požiūris į šių asmenų gebėjimą dirbti atsakingą darbą nepalankus, nustatyta, kad apskritai požiūris į psichikos neįgaliųjų dalyvavimą darbinėje veikloje yra teigiamas: tiriamieji pritaria sutrikusios psichikos žmonių integracijai į darbo rinką, tačiau reikšmingas ne pats darbingumas ar nedarbingumas, o darbo pobūdis. Palankus visuomenės požiūris į psichikos neįgaliųjų atvirumą nurodant negalę darbdaviui liudija, kad visuomenė dažnai yra atviresnė sutrikusios psichikos asmeniui negu pats neįgalusis, kurio požiūrį ir santykius su visuomene lemia subjektyvūs jausmai. Nustatytas stiprus koreliacinis ryšys (0,8) tarp visuomenės požiūrio į sutrikusios psichikos žmonių gebėjimo būti naudingiems darbinėje veikloje ir visuomenės atvirumo priimant psichikos negalę rodo, kad keičiasi visuomenės požiūris į psichikos sutrikimo fenomeną ir tai leidžia mąstyti apie realiai vykstančius neįgaliųjų integracijos procesus. ENThe article presents the results of the implemented research on the social attitude towards working abilities of mentally challenged adults. Under the conditions of market economy, the exercise and maintenance of working skills of people having mental disabilities still remains a challenging issue in society’s productive and educational intercourse. Although the social attitude towards the possibility of these people working in a trusted position is negative, it has been found that general attitude towards work of the mentally disabled is positive: the target group approves of the integration of mentally disabled persons within the labour market, however, remaining issue is not work efficiency or inefficiency, but the type of work itself. Positive social signs of informing employer about a disability show the society to be more open to the mentally disabled than vice versa – the attitudes and relation to the society of the mentally challenged people is determined by their subjective feelings. Strong correlation (0.8) between social attitude towards working abilities of the mentally disabled and openness of the society to understand mental disability has been found. It shows the change in social attitude in relation of mental disability phenomenon and points out the real run of processes in integration of mental disabled.
