LTŠiame straipsnyje yra analizuojama Rutulinių amforų kultūra (RAK) Lietuvoje, apžvelgiami šia kultūrai priskiriami radiniai. Sprendžiamas klausimas, ar jie yra epizodiški, ar Lietuvos teritoriją (ar tik jos dalį) reikėtų įtraukti į RAK paplitimo teritoriją. Kartu yra aptariamas archeologinis kontekstas, kuriame buvo rasti minimi radiniai. Kretuono 1-oji gyvenvietė, Jaros 1-oji gyvenvietė bei Jakšiškio pilkapynas yra trys kol kas žinomos RAK radimvietės Rytų Lietuvoje. Turimi duomenys leidžia teigti, jog Vidurio Lietuva buvo apgyvendinta priklausiusių agrarinių neolito kultūrų ratui neolitinių bendruomenių. Piltuvėlinių taurių kultūros (PTK) žmonės galėjo būti pirmieji iš kultūrų su dominuojančiu pasisavinamuoju ūkiu, kurie pasiekė Lietuvos teritoriją. Yra tikėtina, kad Nemuno pakrantėmis PTK žmonės galėjo pasiekti dabartinę Lietuvos teritoriją, dėl to dar labiau tikėtinas tampa RAK pasirodymas Vidurio Lietuvoje turint omenyje tai, jog RAK praktikuojamam ūkio modeliui yra žymiai patrauklesnės žemdirbių sukultūrintos teritorijos.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Rutulinių amforų kultūra; Tarpkultūrinis bendradarbiavimas; Vėlyvasis neolitas.; Globular Amphora Culture; Cultural cooperation; Late Neolithic.

ENThe article analyzes the culture of spheral amphora in Lithuania, overviews the findings, belonging to the culture, attempts to resolve the issue whether the findings are episodic or whether the territory of Lithuania (or a part of it) should be included into the territory of the spread of the culture of spheral amphora and discusses the archeological context, in which the said findings were discovered. Settlement 1 of Kretuonas, settlement 1 of Jara and the mound of Jakšiškis are the three known places of findings of spheral amphorae in the Eastern Lithuania. The available data allow for stating that the Central Lithuania was inhabited by Neolithic communities, belonging to the circle of agrarian Neolithic cultures. The people of the culture of infundibular cups could have been the first of the cultures with the predominant assimilated farming, who reached the territory of Lithuania. It is likely that the people of the culture of infundibular cups could have reached the present-day territory of Lithuania, due to which the emergence of the culture of spheral amphora in the Central Lithuania becomes even more likely having in mind that territories, civilized by farmers are much more attractive for the model of farming, which was practiced by the culture of spheral amphora.
