Vilniaus šventųjų apaštalų Petro ir Povilo bažnyčios dekoro programa

LTNėra likę jokių šaltinių, kurie liudytų apie Laterano regulinių kanauninkų vienuolyno Antakalnyje Šventųjų apaštalų Petro ir Povilo bažnyčios interjero užsakovo ar jo kūrėjų intencijas, nieko nėra žinoma, kas pateiktų dekoravimo programos aiškinimo raktą ir nieko, kas nors kaip nurodytų pagrindinį dekoro programos sumanytoją - ar juo buvo užsakovas, ar vienuolijos, kuriai bažnyčia buvo skirta, atstovas, ar italų dailininkai puošėjai. Šio straipsnio uždavinys - suprantant ir pripažįstant bet kokios interpretacijos negalutinumą, pabandyti dar kartą pažvelgti į Šventųjų apaštalų Petro ir Povilo bažnyčios dekorą, turint omenyje jo sukūrimo laikmetį, paieškoti galimų dailininkų, o gal ir programos autorių įkvėpimo šaltinių ar pavyzdžių ir pateikti dar vieną šio labai įdomaus paminklo aiškinimą, nebandant teigti, kad toks aiškinimas yra visa išsemiantis. Nuo aukščiau minėtų interpretacijų šią skirs pirmiausia tai, kad bus bandoma atsižvelgti ne tik į stiuko lipdinius ir tapybą, bet ir į pirmąjį bažnyčios altorių, kurio yra išlikę vargani fragmentai, tačiau yra išlikęs, tegu ir lakoniškas, to altoriaus aprašymas.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Šv. ENThere have survived no sources, which would evidence the intentions of the customer or the creators of the interior of the Church of Saint Apostles Peter and Paul of the convent of the canon chapter of Lateran in Antakalnis, nothing is known of the persons, who provided the key for interpretation of the programme of decoration and there is no information, which would identify the main mastermind behind the decoration programme – whether it was the customer or a representative of the monkhood, to which the church was dedicated or the Italian decoration artists. The task of the article is to, while comprehending and recognizing the fact that no interpretation is final, attempt to analyze the decoration of the Church of Saint Apostles Peter and Paul one more time, having in mind the time of its creation, identify the potential artists or the sources or examples for inspiration of the authors of the programme and provide another interpretation of the interesting monument without attempting to state that the interpretation is final. The interpretation will be different from other previous ones by the attempt to take into consideration not only the painting and stuccowork, but also the first altar of the church, only small fragments of which remain however a laconic description of the altar has survived.
