Verslo aplinka ir jo rėmimas Lietuvoje

LTAnalizuojant verslo aplinką Lietuvoje, pastebima, kad savivaldybės renka bei teikia verslui aktualią informaciją, taiko mokesčių lengvatas ar iš dalies finansuoja įmonių plėtrą Aukštesnio lygmens valdžios parama verslui apima teisinių pokyčių inicijavimą, finansinę ir nefinansinę pagalbą, bendradarbiavimo tarp institucijų skatinimą. Teigiamas valstybės poveikis verslui - įvairių nacionalinių iniciatyvų pagrindu realizuojama infrastruktūros ir viešųjų paslaugų verslui plėtra bei kokybės gerinimas, didesnės pridėtinės vertės kūrimo skatinimas. ENThe paper analyzes the business environment of recent years in Lithuania. The strategic documents of different level of authority, business indicators given by Department of Statistics and information of implemented EU Structural Funds projects were used in the research. It is discovered that municipality which is the nearest level of authority selects and provides for business important information, gives exemptions, and partially finances the development of enterprises. The support of higher levels of authority includes the initiation oflegal changes, financial and non-financial support, encouragement of cooperation between institutions. The positive effect of state is the development of facility and public consultancy services to business and improvement of quality, promotion of creating higher surplus value. The dynamics of entrepreneurship level can be related to changes in economical and legal, also in ecological, social and technological fields of business environment. Saltatory evolution of entrepreneurship level in Lithuania determines the insufficiency of population's skills and legal knowledge, non-existence of entrepreneurship culture. The initiatives to support business come from institutions that provide public business services and encourage the extension of services to business, development of corporeal facility, innovative services and clusterization.
