Informacijos apie intelektinį kapitalą atskleidimas Lietuvos akcinėse bendrovėse

LTKeičiantis investuotojų ir kitų suinteresuotųjų šalių informaciniams poreikiams, viešas informacijos apie intelektinį kapitalą atskleidimas vis labiau populiarėja pasaulinėje verslo praktikoje. Šio reiškinio tyrimuose dažniausiai pasitelkiamas tyrimo metodas - turinio analizė. Lietuvos bendrovių informacinis atvirumas intelektinio kapitalo koncepcijos požiūriu išsamiau netyrinėtas. Todėl šio straipsnio tikslas išsiaiškinti: kaip kinta Lietuvos bendrovių pateikiamos informacijos apie intelektinį kapitalą apimtis laike? Kokią informaciją apie intelektinį kapitalą Lietuvos bendrovės atskleidžia turinio prasme? Kokias informacijos apie intelektinį kapitalą atskleidimo technikas naudoja Lietuvos bendrovės? Straipsnyje analizuojami įvairūs informacijos apie intelektinį kapitalą atskleidimo tyrimai užsienio šalyse. Remiantis užsienio autorių patirtimi formuojama ir aprašoma tyrimo metodika. Parengta metodika pritaikoma analizuojant 17-os Lietuvos akcinių bendrovių metines ataskaitas-prospektus. Atliktas tyrimas rodo, kad bendrovės Lietuvoje metinėse ataskaitose-prospektuose atskleidžia vis daugiau informacijos apie intelektinį kapitalą. Tai leidžia teigti, jog vadovų tarpe vis didesnis dėmesys teikiamas intelektiniam kapitalui, kaip vienam iš svarbiausių išteklių žinių ekonomikos verslo aplinkoje, o taip pat ir informacijos apie jį atskleidimui investuotojams bei kitoms išorinėms interesų grupėms. Empiriniu tyrimu nustatyta, jog 2006 m., lyginant su 2003 m., informacijos apie intelektinį kapitalą bendrovės atskleidė vidutiniškai 26 proc. daugiau. ENThe changes in investors’ and other concerned parties’ needs for information and public revealing of the information on the intellectual capital is getting more and more popular in the world’s business practice. Content analysis is most frequently used in the studies of the phenomenon. Lithuanian companies’ information openness in terms of the intellectual capital concept has not been comprehensively studied therefore the article aims at providing answers to the following questions: how the scope of the information on the intellectual capital, provided by the Lithuanian companies changes in time? Which information on the intellectual capital is revealed by the Lithuanian companies in terms of content? Which techniques of revealing of the information on the intellectual capital are used by the Lithuanian companies? The article analyzes different studies of revealing of information on intellectual capital in foreign countries. Referring to the experience of foreign authors the methodology of the study is formed and described. The prepared methodology is applied for analysis of prospect annual reports of seventeen Lithuanian companies. The study shows that the Lithuanian companies, in their prospect annual reports reveal more and more information on the intellectual capital, which allows for stating that heads of companies dedicate more and more attention to intellectual capital as one of the most important resources in the environment of the information economy business and to the revealing of information on intellectual capital to investors and other external interest groups. The empirical study showed that in 2006, compared to 2003, the companies revealed 26 per cent more information on their intellectual capital. Almost a half of all the information provided, both in 2003 and in 2006 was the information on human capital.
