Elgesio sutrikimų turinčių paauglių Ego funkcijų ryšys su paauglystės krizės įveika : disertacija

LTDisertacijoje paauglystės tarpsnis ir elgesio sutrikimai nagrinėjami remiantis psichodinamine paradigma, integruojant kai kuriuos kognityvinės psichologijos aspektus. Giluminius paauglio asmenybės pokyčius atspindi antrinis atsiskyrimo-individuacijos procesas ir vidinių struktūrų raida. Aplinkoje paauglys neišvengiamai susiduria su įvairiais stresoriais, kurių įveika taip pat yra raidos krizės dalis. Siekiant adaptacijos, svarbu vidinių ir išorinių veiksnių sąveika, tačiau nėra aišku, kaip susijusios elgesio sutrikimų turinčių paauglių Ego funkcijos ir įveika. Darbo tikslas – tirti, kas būdinga elgesio sutrikimų turinčių paauglių Ego funkcijoms, jų tarpusavio sąveikai bei ryšiui su streso įveika. Tyrime dalyvavo 73 14-16 m. amžiaus paaugliai, iš jų 38 diagnozuoti elgesio sutrikimai, 35 nepasižymi ryškiomis elgesio ar emocinėmis problemomis. Atlikta gautų duomenų kiekybinė ir kokybinė analizė. Nustatyta tendencija, kad elgesio sutrikimų turinčių paauglių Ego susietumas mažiau išreikštas nei sveikų paauglių. Elgesio sutrikimų turinčių paauglių objektų reprezentacijoms būdingi kai kurie ribinės asmenybės sąrangos požymiai, o įveikiant stresą dažniau naudojamos mažiau adaptyvios įveikos strategijos. Ego gynybinė funkcija yra susijusi su visais įveikos būdais (nukreipta į problemą, į emocijas, mažiau adaptyvia įveika) abiejose tiriamųjų grupėse. Elgesio sutrikimų turinčių paauglių objekto pastovumas ir gebėjimas derinti priešybes yra susiję su nukreipta į problemą streso įveika. [LMT]

ENThe thesis examines the adolescence phase and behaviour disorders referring to a psychodynamic paradigm, integrating certain aspects of cognitive psychology. Deep changes in the personality of an adolescent are reflected in the secondary individualization process and development of internal structures. In his/her environment an adolescent unavoidably faces different stressors, the overcoming of which is also a part of the crisis of development. For the purpose of adaptation an interaction of the internal and external factors is important, however, the relation between the Ego and overcoming functions of adolescents with behaviour disorders is not clear. The study aims at examining the aspects, characteristic of the Ego functions of adolescents with behaviour disorders, their interrelations and their relation with overcoming of stress. 73 adolescents of 14-16 years of age participated in the study, to 38 of them behaviour disorders were diagnosed, 35 of them did not display any significant behaviour or emotional problems. The quantity and quality analysis of the obtained data was performed and the following trend was identified: the relation of Ego of the adolescents with behaviour disorders is less pronounced than that of the healthy adolescents. Representations of objects by adolescents with behaviour disorders display certain characteristics of a marginal person, and less adaptive strategies are more frequently used for overcoming stress. The defensive function of Ego is related to all the ways of overcoming (it is directed to the problem and emotions, the overcoming is less adaptive) in both groups. The stability of the object of the adolescents with behaviour disorders and their ability to combine opposites are related to the overcoming of stress, directed towards the problem.
