Muitinės procedūros

LTMuitinė atlieka itin svarbų vaidmenį tarptautinės prekybos reguliavimo ir kontrolės veikloje, kuomet taikomos įvairios muitinės procedūros ir kiti muitinės sankcionuoti veiksmai į atitinkamą muitų teritoriją įvežamoms bei iš jos išvežamoms prekėms. ENCustoms perform a significant role in international trade regulation and control, when various customs procedures are applied and other actions authorised by the customs are performed when goods are imported into a respective customs territory or exported from it. The textbook describes one of the key fields of customs law – the procedure of implementation of customs procedures and other actions authorised by the customs. It also presents key customs legal acts of the European Union and Lithuania, which regulate this field; clarifies legal, economic and taxing peculiarities of the application of customs procedures; presents a great deal of examples, and reveals the relations of the analysed customs legal acts with the customs policy implemented by the European Union. The textbook also discusses tendencies and initiatives in the field of improvement, simplification and computerisation of customs procedures. With Lithuania’s international trade expanding, the need for specialists well acquainted with this field of customs law is increasing.
