Prof. dr. Stasys Vėlyvis teisės moksle ir teisinėje empirikoje

LTStraipsnyje nagrinėjami kai kurie teisės mokslo raidos, teisėkūros ir teisės funkcionavimo socialinėje tikrovėje klausimai Lietuvoje į visa tai žvelgiant per prof. dr. Stasio Vėlyvio veiklą teisės moksle ir teisinėje empirikoje. Atkreipiamas dėmesys į mokslines aktualijas, kurias savo darbuose nagrinėjo prof. dr. S.Vėlyvis, apie jo pedagoginę veiklą. Straipsnyje siekiama bent bendrais bruožais parodyti, kaip buvo kuriami Lietuvos Respublikos tautos ūkio teisiniai pagrindai atkūrus Lietuvos valstybingumą, pabrėžiamos individualių žmonių pastangos kuriant ir stiprinant visuomenės, valstybės funkcionavimo teisinį apibrėžtumą. ENThe article examines certain issues of development of the law science, legislation and functioning of the law in the social reality in Lithuania in terms of the activities of professor dr. Stasys Vėlyvis in the law science and legal empirics. The attention is drawn to the scientific topicalities, examined in the studies by professor dr. S. Vėlyvis and his pedagogical activities. The article aims to show, at least in general traits, the ways of development of the legal basis for the national economy of the Republic of Lithuania upon reinstatement of Lithuania’s statehood and stresses the attempts of individual persons when developing and strengthening the legal explicitness of functioning of the society and the state. The legal problems, pertaining to the civil process, which are being analyzed by professor dr. S. Vėlyvis and other scientists of the area during the later years, are overviewed separately.
