Die Statuten des Deutschen Ordens und der preußische und livländische Ordenszweig im 13. Jahrhundert : Einige Bemerkungen zu den Statuten des Deutschen Ordens

LTPranešime nagrinėjamas ryšys tarp Vokiečių Ordino statutų ir Ordino brolių gyvenimo sąlygų Prūsijoje ir Livonijoje. Kryžiuočių statutai susideda iš kelių dalių - prologo, regulos, tradicijų ir įstatų, taip pat papildomų normų, kuriose nurodoma priėmimo į Ordiną, pamaldų tvarka ir kt. Iki šių dienų išlikusios formos statutai, kaip rodo dabartiniai tyrimai, buvo sukurti 1244-1249 m. Beje, galutinį pavidalą įgavo ne iškart, bet per gana ilgą 50 metų laiką. Įstatų kūrimas užsitęsė per likusius viduramžius. Galutinis pavidalas jiems buvo suteiktas 1244-1249 m., ryšium su didžiojo magistro Henriko von Hohenlohe reformatoriška veikla. Jis gerai suvokė Prūsijos sąlygas. Atsižvelgus į tai, galima ieškoti Ordino brolių gyvenimo sąlygų Baltijos regione įtakos jų (statutų) turiniui. Statutai veikiau reguliavo kasdieninio gyvenimo konvente tvarką ir sąlygas, ir menkiau apibrėžė krikščioniškosios veiklos principus. Apie pastaruosius galima rasti tik pastabose dėl Ordino riterių pareigų, kurios tikriausiai atsirado dar Ordinui funkcionuojant Šventojoje Žemėje. Tačiau su Prūsijos kontekstu galima sieti tam tikrą reguliavimą: kaip reikia rengtis, galbūt dėl įtvirtinimų statymo, dėl Ordino vidaus komunikacijos ir kt. Priimti konkrečius sprendimus dėl įvairių reikalų buvo paliekama tiesiogiai Ordino brolių vyresniesiems. ENThe report examines the relation between the statutes of the Teutonic Order and the conditions of life of the brothers of the Order in Prussia and in Livonia. The crusaders’ statutes include several parts, i. e. the prologue, the rules, the traditions and supplementary norms, providing the procedure of acceptance into the Order, praying, etc.. The statutes of the form, which remained until the present day, as shown by the studies, were drawn in 1244-1249. They acquired their final shape not outright, but during a lengthy time period of 50 years. Development of the statutes protracted through the remaining Middle Ages. They acquired their final form in 1244-1249 in connection with the reformatory activities of the Grand Master Heinrich von Hohenlohe, who was well aware of the conditions in Prussia. Taking the aforementioned into consideration one can search for the influence of the conditions of life of the brothers of the Order in the Baltic region on the content of the statutes, which regulated the conditions and procedures of the everyday life in the convent and almost did not define the principles of the Christian activities, which are discussed only in the remarks regarding the responsibilities of the knights of the Order, which came into existence when the Order was functioning in the Holy Land. However a certain regulation could be related with the Prussian context. i. e. the ways to dress, the methods of construction of fortresses, the internal communication within the Order, etc.. The elder brothers of the Order had the responsibility to make specific decisions regarding different matters.
