Šiaulių apskrities proveržio iš hinterlando į worderlandą prielaidos

LTStraipsnio tikslas - aktualizuoti pozityvius veiksnius, svarbius regiono plėtros kontekste Šiaulių apskričiai integruojantis į ES institucijas, panaudojant ES struktūrinių fondų lėšas bei kritiškai reflektuojant socialinių mokslų kontekste svarbius teiginius dėl regionų plėtros teorijos ir praktikos reiškinių, hinterlando", worderlando" sąvokas. Statistikos departamento Regioninių duomenų bazės makroekonomikos rodiklių detali analizė ir supratimas sudaro galimybes taikyti kiekybinius metodus. Kokybiniai metodai, panaudojant interviu su kompetentingais Šiaulių apskrities pareigūnais, Lietuvos statistikos departamento ir kitų dokumentų analizė leidžia geriau suprasti regiono proveržio aspektus. Šiaulių apskrities regiono plėtros kontekste kiekybinių ir kokybinių tyrimo metodų taikymas panaudojant statistines prognozavimo kompiuterines programas įgalina detaliau suprasti Šiaulių apskrities regiono plėtros pokyčius. Šiaulių apskrities proveržis iš hinterlando į worderlandą yra sietinas su: kaimiškų vietovių plėtros kontekstu, kuris yra teoriniu ir praktiniu lygmeniu aktualizuojamas mokslininkų darbuose, Europos Sąjungos struktūrinių fondų lėšų įsisavinimo procese; ES projektu HINTERLAND, kuriuo siekiama katalizuoti problemiškų kaimiškų vietovių gyventojų ekonominį, socialinį aktyvumą panaudojant bendruomenes. ENThe article discusses the assumptions of the Šiauliai county sudden movement from Hinterland to Worderland. It has been noticed that the context of Šiauliai county movement from Hinterland to Worderland should be linked with the idea of search for optimal process in the region, critical consideration of the Lithuanian and foreign scientists' ideas covering successful development of regions, reflection of the "Hinterland" and "Worderland" concepts linked to the development of the cities, regions. Also it has been noted that the successful development of the Šiauliai county rural areas is related to the implementation of the EU project "HINTERLAND", activities of the Rural Development Research Center at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Šiauliai University, the state documents' covering agriculture. It has been emphasized that the detailed analysis and consideration of the macroeconomic indices (foreign direct investment, GDP for one resident, GDP for counties) taken from the Regional Database of the Lithuanian Department of Statistics give possibilities to apply quantitative and qualitative research methods while reflecting the sudden movement of the Šiauliai county region from Hinterland to Worderland. It is claimed that the consistency of the quantitative and qualitative research methods using the questionnaires for the competent Šiauliai county civil servants, detailed analysis of the regional development statistics, state documents regulating the development of regions and use of statistical software for prognostication will disclose the future vision and possible trends of the Šiauliai county sudden development from Hinterland to Worderland.
