Mokytojų požiūris į pedagogo profesiją - pedagoginės savimonės pagrindas

LTStraipsnyje analizuojamas socialiniu–pedagoginiu aspektu mokytojų požiūris į pedagogo profesiją (pedagoginę savimonę) Lietuvos mokyklos reformų laikotarpiu. Taikyti šie metodai: 1) teoriniai: pedagoginės, psichologinės, socialinės, sociologinės, filosofinės literatūros, švietimo sistemos dokumentų bei duomenų apie ugdymo proceso kaitą studijavimas pasirinkto tyrimo aspektu; 2) istoriniai lyginamieji: koncepcijų, sampratų ir požiūrių lyginamoji analizė, leidusi sugretinti ir palyginti atskirų Lietuvos laikotarpių ir užsienio šalių švietimo sistemas; metaanalizė – taikyta interpretuojant kitų autorių atliktą statistinę bei dokumentų analizę; 3) empiriniai: respondentų nuomonių išsiaiškinimas anketuojant ir atliekant jų laiškų analizę; 4) trianguliacija – taikyta siekiant nuodugniau ir plačiau suvokti tiriamąjį reiškinį. Tyrimai atlikti 1988/1989–1994/1995 m. m. ir 2001/2002 m. m. Respondentai – bendrojo lavinimo vidurinių mokyklų mokytojai, dirbantys skirtinguose šalies regionuose. Tyrimais nustatyta, kad kintant švietimo sistemai daugiau nei 82 proc. mokytojų, dirbančių bendrojo lavinimo vidurinėse mokyklose, buvo patenkinti pasirinkta pedagogo profesija, tačiau kas antras iš jų teigė esą nusivylę situacija dabarties mokykloje. Atskleistas ryšys tarp socialinės realybės kaitos ir mokytojų nuostatų pedagogo profesijos prestižo atžvilgiu. ENThe respondents were teachers working at the secondary schools. The studies were carried out in the years of 1988/1989 - 1994/1995 and 2001/2002. The studies showed that the changing social reality (situation in the education system) influences directly the point of view of teachers with respect to the profession of pedagogy. The greatest number of teachers who were satisfied with their profession (who have a calling for such profession) was in the revival period and in the first years after regaining the independence (56 per cent), in 1994/1995 - 34,4 per cent, in 2001/2002 - 41 per cent. During the period of the studies, the number of the respondents who were satisfied with the chosen profession had been changing unevenly: in 1998/1990 - 35,2 p e r cent, in 1994/1995 - 50,6 per cent, in 2001/2002 - 41 per cent. Some tendencies revealed that during the period of the studies there was a constant growth of the number of teachers working at schools only from their duty: in 1988/1989 - 2,9 per cent, in 2001/2002 - 15 per cent. The studies revealed self-orientation of the teachers with respect to the pedagogical type of work. The largest number of respondents asserting that they would not resign their pedagogical work even if real alternative appeared, was in the period after regaining the independence (72 per cent), in 1994/1995 - 33 per cent, in 2001/2002 - 41 per cent. The results of the studies displayed that on the average every third teacher's self orientation with respect to the pedagogical type of work, was not striking: if the new alternative appeared, the above mentioned respondents would change the type of work, i.e. they would no longer work at school.
