Savanorystė socialinio ugdymo sistemoje

LTMonografijos pagrindas - mokslinis tyrimas, kurio objektas - jaunųjų savanorių socialinė-pedagoginė veikla nevyriausybinėse organizacijose, patraukliose jauniems žmonėms dėl savo naujadariškumo, demokratiškumo. Monografijoje sprendžiama problema, kaip organizuoti savanorišką veiklą, kad ji skatintų jaunimą įsitraukti į vaikų socialinio ugdymo sistemą bendruomenėje ir tarnautų kaip jų pačių neformalaus ugdymo(-si) priemonė. Savanoriška socialinė-pedagoginė veikla atlieka socialinio ugdymo funkcijas: jaunieji savanoriai ne tik aktyviai dalyvauja bendruomenės narių (vaikų, paauglių, jaunimo) socialinio ugdymo srityje, bet ir savanoriška veikla tenkina savo socialinius, edukacinius, psichologinius, dvasinius poreikius. Taigi savanorystė yra reikšminga socialinio ugdymo sistemoje, nes skatina jaunimą tapti socialiai aktyviais pagalbos teikėjais ir sudaro sąlygas saviugdai. ENThe basis of the monograph is the scientific study, the subject of which is the social – pedagogical activities of young volunteers in non-governmental organizations, attractive to young people due to their innovativeness and democracy. The monograph attempts to resolve the problem of the way of organization of volunteers’ activities, in order for it to encourage the young people to involve into the system of social nurturing of children within the community and to be a tool for informal nurturing of the young people themselves. The voluntary social – pedagogical activities perform the functions of social nurturing: young volunteers not only actively participate in the sphere of social nurturing of the members of the community (children, adolescents, youth) but also, by the way of voluntary activity, satisfy their social, educational, psychological and spiritual needs. Therefore being a volunteer is a significant aspect within the system of social education, since it encourages the young people to become socially active assistants and create the conditions for self-education.
