Sociologinis Baltijos šalių kaimo pokyčių pereinamuoju laikotarpiu tyrimas : recenzija
LTPateikiama kolektyvinės monografijos "Mapping the Rural Problem in the Baltic Countryside: Transition Processes in the Rural Areas of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania" recenzija. Pristatomas knygos sudarytojas Ilkka Alanenas bei jo tyrinėjimų sritys, nagrinėjamos monografijos turinys bei pateikiama kritinė monografijos straipsnių analizė. Daugiausia dėmesio skiriama dviem svarbiausiems monografijos straipsniams, kurie laikomi programiniais, trumpai aptariamas ir lietuviškas monografijos straipsnis, išsiskiriantis tolerancija bei politiškai korektiška maniera Lietuvos žemės ūkio plėtros politinių prioritetų atžvilgiu. Pateikta kritinė pirmojo Ilkkos Alaneno straipsnio, skirto istoriniam kaimo transformacijų kontekstui, analizė. Recenzijoje palyginami istoriniai bei kultūriniai Suomijos ir Lietuvos kontekstai. Išsamiai aptariamas antrasis monografijos straipsnis, kuriame kritiškai analizuojama Pasaulio banko ekspertų atlikta kaimo ir žemės ūkio situacijos analizė ir jos pagrindu rekomenduotos konkrečios kaimo ir žemės ūkio reformos. Aptariama I. Alaneno pasirinkta žemės ūkio transformacijų klasifikavimo schema, pateikiamas trijų Baltijos šalių palyginimas, besiremiantis minėta klasifikavimo schema. Ilkka Alaneno išvados apie Lietuvos žemės ūkio reformą vertinamos lyginant su lietuvių autorių darbais. Recenzijoje trumpai pristatomi ir kiti knygos skyriai. Keliama hipotezė apie papildomus veiksnius, galėjusius turėti įtakos žemės ūkio reformos Estijoje santykiniai sėkmei.Reikšminiai žodžiai: Kaimo plėtra; Baltijos šalys (Baltic states).
ENThe article presents the review of the collective monograph “Mapping the Rural Problem in the Baltic Countryside: Transition Processes in the Rural Areas of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania”. The compiler of the book - Ilkka Alanen and his researching areas, the content of the monograph under study and critical analysis of the articles, contained in the monograph are presented. Major attention is dedicated to the two most important articles, which are considered of the programme character, the Lithuanian article, distinguished with tolerance and politically correct manner with regard to the political priorities of development of Lithuania’s agriculture is discussed in brief. Critical analysis of the first Ilkka Alanen’s article, dedicated to the historical rural areas transformation context, is presented. The review compares the historical and cultural contexts of Finland and Lithuania. The second article in the monograph, presenting the critical analysis of rural area and agriculture situation, performed by experts of the World Bank and the specific reforms of rural areas and agriculture, recommended on the basis of the said analysis is thoroughly discussed. The scheme for classification of transformation of agriculture, chosen by I. Alanen is discussed, the comparison of the three Baltic States is provided based on the aforementioned scheme. Ilkka Alanen’s conclusions on the issue of Lithuanian agriculture reform are evaluated comparing them with the works of Lithuanian authors. The review briefly presents other sections of the book. A hypothesis on the additional factors, which might have had influence to the relative success of the Estonian agriculture reform is raised.
