Verslo projektų sudarymo ir valdymo problemos : disertacija

LTDarbe “Verslo projektų sudarymo ir valdymo problemos“ sukurta verslo projektavimo ideologija, akumuliavusi tiek išsivysčiusių, tiek besivystančių šalių bei šalių, einančių nuo komandinės prie rinkos ekonomikos, žinias ir patirtį bei atsižvelgiant į šiandieninius verslo praktikos poreikius verslo projektams. Parengta verslo projekto sudarymo metodika, atsižvelgiant į naujus teorinius rezultatus ir verslo projektų poreikius. Pateiktas kompiuterizuotas projektinių tyrimų atlikimo ir įvertinimo modelis, apimantis išsamesnį rizikos ir ne apibrėžtumo problemų verslo projektavime įvertinimą, galintis būti pritaikytas praktiniame verslo projektų rengėjų, steigėjų, investuotojų, konsultantų ir kitų projekto dalyvių darbe. Svarbiausi darbo teiginiai ir rezultatai gali būti naudojami dėstant verslo projekto sudarymo ir valdymo discipliną universitetuose, rengiant seminarus gamybinių įmonių specialistams, investicinių projektų konsultantams. Svarbiausios išvados ir pasiūlymai gali būti pritaikomi tolesniems moksliniams tiriamiesiems darbams plėtoti bei teoriniam metodologiniam verslo projektų sudarymo ir valdymo mokslinių pagrindų tobulinimui.

ENIn the work “Problems of Creating and Managing Business Projects”, an ideology of business projecting is created, which accumulated knowledge and experience of both the advanced countries and the underdeveloped countries that are proceeding from team economics to market economics considering the needs of present business practice for business projects. A methodology of the business project creating is prepared considering the new theoretical results and the needs of business projects. A computerized model for the performance and development of designed researches, which embraces a more detailed evaluation of risk and uncertainty problems in business projecting and may be applied in practical work of organizers, founders, investors, consultants of business projects and other participants of the project, is presented. The main statements and results of this work may be used in teaching of discipline for the creation and management of business projects in universities, in arranging seminars for the specialists of industrial companies and consultants of investment projects. The main conclusions and suggestions may be applied in further development of scientific research works and in theoretical and methodological implementation of scientific foundations for the creation and management of business projects.
