Šiuolaikinio gyvenamo būsto funkcinė struktūra Lietuvoje : disertacija

LTDisertacijoje atliekama gyvenamojo būsto funkcinės sandaros ir jo tipologijos kitimo analizė, atskleidžiamos raidos tendencijos ir priežastingumai. Atsižvelgiant į šiuo metu Lietuvoje itin dinamišką gyvenamųjų namų bei daugiabučių statybos plėtrą, itin aktualu tampa įvairiais aspektais išanalizuoti Lietuvos daugiabučių sandarą, jų funkcinę struktūrą bei esminių savybių raidą istorinėje plotmėje. Tyrimui pasirinkti Lietuvoje pastatyti daugiabučiai yra svarbūs kertiniai aptariamojo laikotarpio raidos pavyzdžiai. Darbe tiriama XX a. gyvenamojo būsto funkcinės struktūros raida Lietuvoje, atskleidžiamos naujausios būsto funkcinės struktūros raidos tendencijos po 1990-ųjų metų. Šiuolaikinio gyvenamo būsto funkcinės struktūros problema yra daugialypė. Šiame darbe taikomas struktūrinės analizės metodas. Sistemos sanklodą išryškinantys komponentai nagrinėjami atskirai: 1) komponentai, sudarantys būsto kaip gyvenamosios ląstelės elementų santykius, 2) daugiabučio, apimančio skirtingų lygmenų elementų santykius ir struktūras komponentai. Butų funkcinės schemos bei daugiabučio plano struktūros tiriamos lyginant jas su analogiška užsienio šalių patirtimi. Šios problemos darbe tiriamos pagal platesnį istorinį buto funkcinės schemos sklaidos kontekstą, aprėpiant būdingas nagrinėjamų objektų ypatybes bei vertes. Siekiant aiškiau nustatyti tiriamojo objekto ribas, darbe nagrinėjamos problemos, susijusios tik su daugiabučio funkcinės plano struktūros ir butų projektavimo pokyčiais Lietuvoje nuo 1990-ųjų iki 2005-ųjų metų, atsiribojant nuo urbanistinių klausimų.

ENThe analysis of a functional structure of a dwelling and changes in its typology is made in the dissertation, tendencies and causalities of the development are revealed. Taking into account the present dynamic development of building multi-apartment houses in Lithuania, it is especially important to analyse the structure of multi-apartment houses of Lithuania, their functional structure and the development of essential features on the historical plane. The work investigates the development of the functional structure of a dwelling of the 20th century in Lithuania, the latest tendencies in the development of the functional structure of a dwelling after the year 1990 are revealed. The method of structural analysis is applied. Components elucidating the structure of the system are studied individually: components that form relations between the elements of a dwelling as a living cell, 2) components of a multi-apartment house including relations and structures of elements of different levels. Functional schemes and structures of the plan of flats are studied comparing them with analogous experience of foreign countries. Seeking to define the limits of the object under investigation more clearly, problems relating to changes in the functional structure of the plan of a multi-apartment house and flat designing in Lithuania from 1990 to 2005 are investigated leaving aside urban issues.
