ENThe Kazys Varnelis House-Museum is considered a gem of Vilnius. The institution is “hidden” within two medieval buildings in the city’s Old Town; it holds a rich collection of European and Eastern art from the fifteenth to the twentieth centuries, a 10,000 volume library, and optical compositions painted by the museum’s founder (Fig. 10.1).
