LTŠiame straipsnyje sprendžiama tyrimo problema – kaip stiprinti inovacijų kultūrą informacinių technologijų organizacijoje. Tyrimo objektas: inovacijų kultūra informacinių technologijų organizacijoje. Straipsnyje pristatomo tyrimo tikslas: pagrįsti sprendimus, padedančius stiprinti inovacijų kultūrą nagrinėjamoje informacinių technologijų organizacijoje. Siekiant iškelto tikslo sprendžiami tokie uždaviniai: 1. Atskleisti organizacijos inovacijų kultūros sampratą ir jos teorinius aspektus. 2. Atlikus tyrimą įvertinti inovacijų kultūrą pasirinktoje informacinių technologijų organizacijoje. 3. Pateikti praktinius sprendimus, padedančius stiprinti inovacijų kultūrą nagrinėjamoje organizacijoje. ENThe culture of innovation in an organization can be described as the set of values, norms, attitudes and operational practices of a specific social group of people, which are favorable to innovative activity, as well as the characteristics of the organizational culture, which enables the innovative activity of the organization. The following elements of innovation culture in the organization were distinguished: organizational climate, risk tolerance, organizational learning, innovative behavior, autonomy and perception of success and values. After conducting a research of the innovation culture in an information technology organization, the obtained results allows to state that the following problem areas exist in the organization: the organization lacks traditions on how to honor and motivate employees for creativity and originality, innovation is not sufficiently treated as a value in the organization, members of the organization feel afraid of making mistakes when performing tasks, learning in the organization is not sufficiently related to meeting the needs of customers, members of the organization do not regularly participate in seminars and qualification improvement courses. In order to strengthen the culture of innovation in the information technology organization, solutions were provided for the improvement of problem areas which have been identified during the research. It was proposed to strengthen the culture of innovation in the information technology organization by applying solutions for improving problem areas: honoring and motivating the organization’s members, forming the organization’s mission and vision, implementing an internal communication plan, increasing the involvement of the organization’s members, applying staff development activities, executing regular discussions of mistakes in the organization, also providing an opportunity for the organization’s members regular participation in seminars and training courses.
