Mokytojo lyderio paveikslas ir kylantys sunkumai bendradarbiaujant su kolegomis

LTStraipsnyje atskleidžiamas mokytojo lyderio paveikslas ir kylantys sunkumai bendradarbiaujant su kolegomis. Remiantis literatūros analize pastebėta, kad mokytojas lyderis bendradarbiaudamas su kolegomis susiduria su iššūkiais. Išsiaiškinta, kad bendradarbiavimo reiškinys nėra pakankamai nagrinėtas. Straipsnyje keliama problema: kokie sunkumai kyla mokytojui lyderiui bendradarbiaujant su kolegomis? Tyrimo tikslas – atskleisti mokytojo lyderio paveikslą ir kylančius sunkumus bendradarbiaujant su kolegomis. Tyrimo uždaviniai: 1) atskleisti mokytojo lyderio paveikslą teoriniu aspektu; 2) atskleisti mokytojo lyderystės sampratą mokytojų lyderių požiūriu; 3) pristatyti mokytojo lyderio sunkumus bendradarbiaujant su mokytojais. Tyrimo objektas – mokytojo lyderio paveikslas ir kylantys sunkumai bendradarbiaujant su kolegomis. Straipsnyje pateikiami 2022 metų liepos – rugpjūčio mėnesiais atlikto tyrimo rezultatai. Tyrimo metodai: mokslinės literatūros analizė, giluminis interviu. Tyrimo rezultatai parodė, kad mokytojo lyderystei svarbūs požymiai: motyvuojantis elgesys, idėjų generavimas, išskirtinumas, kompetencijų ir savybių visuma (gebėjimas būti ryžtingam, organizuoti, nuolat mokytis). Įdomu tai, kad mokytojai lyderiai apibrėždami mokytojo lyderystei svarbius požymius neįvardijo bendradarbiavimo su kolegomis. Tiriant mokytojų tarpusavio bendradarbiavimą paaiškėjo, kad mokytojai lyderiai susiduria su šiais sunkumais: mokytojų pasyvumu dėl prasmės neturėjimo, neformalaus bendravimo stokos, didelio darbo krūvio dėl pamokų skaičiaus ir nereikalingos dokumentacijos pildymo. ENThis article reveals the characteristics and competencies of a teacher leader based on the analysis of theoretical sources, and also presents how teacher leaders define teacher leadership. Based on literature analysis, the teacher leader is characterized by cooperation with others. The problem raised in the article is the set of difficulties that the teacher leader faces when cooperating with their colleagues. The purpose of the research is to reveal the image of a teacher leader and the difficulties that arise when working with colleagues. The research tasks were: 1) to reveal the image of the teacher leader in a theoretical aspect; 2) to reveal the concept of teacher leadership from teachers’ point of view; and 3) to present the difficulties of the teacher leader in cooperation with teachers. The object of the study is the picture of the teacher leader and the difficulties in cooperation with colleagues. The research was conducted in July–August 2022. Research methods involved an analysis of scientific literature and in-depth interview. The results of the study show that teacher leadership requires: motivating behavior, idea generation, uniqueness, and a set of competencies/characteristics (ability to organize, be decisive, be a learner). Interestingly, the teacher leaders did not mention collaboration with colleagues when defining the attributes important to teacher leadership. Regarding cooperation among teachers, it became clear that teacher leaders encounter the following difficulties: passivity of teachers due to lack of meaning; lack of informal communication; high workload due to the number of lessons; and filling out unnecessary documentation.
