ENIn this book chapter, Evelina Juchneviciute, Dr. Milda Alisauskiene and Dr. Gintare Poce are dedicated to shedding light on the Christian Right phenomenon, its key actors, agendas, and relations with religious organizations in contemporary Lithuania. Data for this small-scale study is collected using observations, a literature analysis, and analysis of various social research data. This study was conducted to show how the Christian Right in Lithuania covers parliamentary and non-parliamentary political parties, sustains close relationships with the dominant Roman Catholic Church, politicizes religion, and focuses on the preservation of traditional values in the spheres of intimacy and family life.
