Darbo migracijos procesai Lietuvoje

LTStraipsnyje analizuojama darbo migracijos situacija Lietuvoje, apžvelgiant tiek emigracijos, tiek darbo imigracijos procesus. Nagrinėjant Lietuvoje vyraujančią darbo imigracijos struktūrą, aptariamos teorinės darbo migracijos (politikos ir proceso) prielaidos, pateikiamos teorinės sąsajos tarp darbo migracijos, darbo rinko struktūros kaitos ir ekonominio valstybių išsivystymo. Darbo migracijos teorijų kontekste atskleidžiamos Lietuvoje dirbančių ir gyvenančių darbo imigrantų ekonominės, socialinės ir demografinės charakteristikos: lytis, amžius, kilmės šalis, profesija ir ekonominės veiklos sektorius. ENThe article analyses unemployment, employment and activity trends in Lithuania by sex and age, with the focus on the monitoring of the labour market situation of different demographic groups. The article is based on the Eurostat and Lithuanian statistical data. One of the priorities of the article is the comparison of labour market statistics of Lithuania and the EU, assessing the link between unemployment and possibilities to fill job vacancies. The possibilities of integrating women and men, elderly and young people into the labour market are evaluated using key labour market indicators. Different unemployment estimation methods are used for the assessment of changes in the labour market situation of different demographic groups in Lithuania.
