Władysław Syrokomla i debiut Karoliny Proniewskiej: przykład autorstwa dialogicznego

ENThe paper discusses literary interaction between Władysław Syrokomla and a debuting poet Karolina Proniewska (Karolina Praniauskaitė, 1828–1859). The interaction under analysis took place between 1856 and 1857 and is an example of dialogic authorship that was an alternative to the Romantic expressive authorship in the Lithuanian literary discourse of the mid-19th century. The dialogic model was determined by strict censorship of printed literature and appeared mainly in manuscript. At the same time, dialogic authorship may be viewed as an element of modernization of the literary discourse as it introduced more advanced forms of social communication.
