ENThe institution of constitutional complaint is a special means of the protection of rights and freedoms guaranteed to individuals by the constitutional system of a state. The article concerns the individual constitutional complaint introduced into the Lithuanian legal system in 2019. The Authors outline the subjective and objective scope of the analysed institution and the formal conditions for its filing.
