Barokinės Sapiegų rūmų architektūros atgimimas 2012.04-2014.04 restauravimo metu

LTVienas puošniausių, meniškiausių statinių LDK - Sapiegų rūmai nuo XVII a. paskutinio dešimtmečio, kai buvo pastatyti, funkcionavo kiek daugiau nei šimtmetį. Po 1809 m., per kelis kartus bandant rūmus pritaikyti karinei ligoninei, užmūrytos arkados, performuotos vidaus erdvės, sunaikinta interjerų puošyba. 1843-1848 m. rekonstrukcijos metu rūmai įgavo iki restauravimo buvusį vaizdą. 2012.04-2014.04 prasidėjo ketvirtasis rūmų raidos - barokinės Sapiegų rūmų architektūros atgimimo etapas. Straipsnis skirtas pagrindinių 2012.042014.04 m. padarytų restauravimo darbų aptarimui, fasadų ir vidaus erdvių vaizdų prieš ir po restauravimo fiksavimui, palyginimui. ENThe Sapiega Palace in Vilnius is one of the most ornate and artistic buildings of Grand Duchy of Lithuania from the last decade of the 17th century. The palace with all its’ splendor had functioned not so long - for over one century. After 1809 during several attempts to adapt the palace to the military hospital, many reconstructions took place: walled arcades have been transformed, the interior spaces redesigned, and the interior decoration destroyed. During the reconstruction of 1843-1848 the palace has gained the image that existed before the restoration of XXI century, when the fourth stage of the palace development - the revival of the baroque architecture of the Sapiega Palace has began. This stage of the restoration took place from April 4, 2012 to April 4, 2014. The article reveals the main restoration works, it is the record and comparison of the images of the facades and interior spaces before and after the restoration. The text is supplemented by the publication of the most important discoveries made during the years of research restoration works, knowledge about future works of the palace management and adaptation to a new purpose. During the recent restoration the new information has been gained not only about the forms and details of many of the architectural elements of the Sapiega Palace period, but also about the change in the internal architecture of the building during two centuries. 2012-2014 the works began a new, already fourth period in the development of the architecture of the Sapiega Palace. The palace has regained its original volumes, plan structure, facade architecture. After the unveiling of the palace walls, after the first stage of the palace restoration, it became a book on the development of the palace architecture, in which masonry and decor fragments, openings and lintels of various periods paint images of their past architecture.
